Today’s routine will help you slow down and recuperate from a busy week. I’ll be leading you through some deep stretches and also guiding you through a rejuvenating breathing exercise. If this is new to you it may feel a little odd at first, but trust me, you’ll feel so good when you’re done. 🙂
