Those stretches felt great after my pool workout this afternoon. Thx Robin. The one that opens up the chest is especially good for breast cancer survivors like me…I hit the 10 yr mark this week. Yahoo!

Busy weekend but I completed my workouts. For day 26 I did day 15 and my stretches are done.
