Hi Beauties!
We’re starting off Week 4 with a dessert recipe that will knock your socks off. This recipe was inspired my friend Chelsea over at Luxe De Mer and was a part of a recent Recipe Bundle in The Balanced Life Sisterhood.
I asked Jennifer, a dedicated Sisterhood member, to share her favorite recipe with you all and this was what she chose.
Mint Chip Nice-Cream
Serves 2-3
Ingredients:
Directions:
3 frozen bananas
½ cup frozen spinach
1 cup almond or coconut milk (less milk will make for a thicker nice-cream)
1 tablespoon raw honey
10-12 mint leaves
Blend all ingredients in high-speed blender or food processor and enjoy.
Note: breastfeeding women should limit mint to maintain supply.
For today’s workout I’m leading you through a FUN ab routine…let’s get to work!
Daily Check-In: Go outside and enjoy some fresh air! Snap a photo and share it with me on Instagram or Twitter. Use the hashtag #30daypilatesbody so I can see your posts. 🙂
Keep up the great work!
xo,

Hi Robin and all!
I have been having a blast doing this challenge with both of my adult daughters! One is a new mom, the other an OB/GYN. It has been fun, enlivening, and has given me one more way to stay connected to may favorite two women on the planet across the miles!
Thanks for the challenge and encouragement!
Jaydn
Done.
The audio did not match the video when I played it. But tried doing the best I in could.
Hi Silene! I’m wondering if there was a glitch with YouTube…I just checked and it seems to be working fine for me! Perhaps try it again when you have time. 🙂
Done…twice just to be comfortable with the exercises. Modifying a bit as usual. I have never been able to do any kind of roll up or sit up even as a little girl so I did some of the elbow to knee twisty things. Grace over guilt!
Wow…that was a hard but oh so good one.
Done 🙂 There is no way my core can allow me to get myself off the floor yet but I’m improving – my 11yo thought holding my feet may help ?
Great thanks! Only days I have “missed” so far were days where I went to Pilates class. Love it.
yikes. just caught up on the last 4 videos i missed. feel very stretched though
Day 21 done! Thank you for advising an alternative to the position for the plank… I never realized below how little flexibility I have in my wrists and have a very hard time with any positions that require my wrists to be bent.
Oooh..this felt good. I’m wondering if I’m using too much leg in these though? I tend to feel it more in my legs than my abs. I do use neutral back, don’t move my hips during the stability moves, and I keep my abs engaged…so I’m wondering what I’m doing wrong, if anything? This has been something I’ve wondered about for a quite a while 🙂
Done! I think this is going to be the Saturday repeat!
Love the challenge…and met it!
Thanks Robin!
That mint nice cream sounds great.
Really enjoyed today’s workout. No pictures today but did get in a bit of fresh air and exercise shoveling snow on this New England Monday. Looking forward to trying out this n-ice cream recipe!

Went out for a nice 45 min walk to a local lake after work tonight. Refreshing to have an early spring here in MN. Really liked this ab routine. The downward dog kicks were a favorite.
