The stretch and relax workouts are almost harder than the weekday workouts because I’m so tight and inflexible.
Felt great,especially spine twist, body awareness is getting better. Thanks x
Church, breakfast out with hubby and a brisk walk with him and the dog.

Good stretches! Working on keeping my tummy pulled in. Sometimes I have to laugh at “scooping the belly all the way in towards the spine…” and mine barely moves….would love to have a belly that scoops!! Not discouraged though…sticking to this challenge is huge for me!
