    I’m home from church with the beginnings of a head/chest cold, but I did my stretching!
    Blessed Holy Week to all

  2. The stretch and relax workouts are almost harder than the weekday workouts because I’m so tight and inflexible.

  3. Church, breakfast out with hubby and a brisk walk with him and the dog.
    Zumba 1 hour, Strech and Freeflow yoga. Day#20 Done!

  4. Good stretches! Working on keeping my tummy pulled in. Sometimes I have to laugh at “scooping the belly all the way in towards the spine…” and mine barely moves….would love to have a belly that scoops!! Not discouraged though…sticking to this challenge is huge for me!

  5. Well a technical glitch this morning left me feeling a bit lost!! I’m actually relying on these workouts now to get me up & going each day!! Have fixed the glitch this arv & completed days 18 & 20 – phew, feeling complete again ?
