Hi Beauties!

12 days of pilates

Only 2 days to go in the 12 Days of Pilates challenge!

You’re doing SO well. Don’t stop now. And if you’ve fallen behind, it’s okay! Hop right back in. Remember, something is always better than nothing.

I figured we need one last ab workout before the holiday feast this week. Can I get an amen?

Do your best to squeeze this into your busy schedule today. Remember to focus on your breath and form. Pilates is about quality over quantity. 10 minutes of well-executed exercises are more effective than 30 minutes of sloppy movements.

So give it your all and have fun!

  1. So much abs! Plus I did a glute workout since I figure I’ll be sitting on them so much this week! And now the mat is out so I’ll do a quick foam roll before getting down to house cleaning.
