  • strengthen the abdominals
  • improve core stabilization
  • increase breath control
  • boost oxygen flow and circulations
  • warm up the body

  3. I love the idea of these little videos – thank you, Robin!! The Hundred is definitely my bugaboo. I’d much rather do the rollup! 🙂 I have to keep my head and neck down because of a neck injury, but I find it still hurts my neck to do this. Any thoughts?

    1. Not necessarily. It is possible to maintain neutral with extended legs – but I recommend keeping a flat back because you have to be pretty strong and stable to maintain neutral without strain. 🙂
