Happy Friday!
And welcome to the final day of the #mindbodymat challenge!
I have some good and bad news for you today…
The bad: our guest instructor had a family emergency and had to pull out at the last minute. 🙁
The good: that means I get one more day with you!
I hope you don’t mind seeing me ONE more time. I crafted a fun and challenging sequence to send you out on a high note today. But first, our self-care challenge…
Your last and final Self-Care Challenge is to celebrate all the hard work you’ve put in over the past 3 weeks!
Whether you completed ALL the workouts or a few of the workouts you should take some time to acknowledge the great things you have done for your body and mind this month.
Doesn’t it feel good?
Don’t you want to continue on with this new momentum as you head into Fall?
You have truly done an AMAZING job.
If you want to keep this good thing going I encourage you to sign up for The Pilates Body Program that kicks off on Sunday, September 7th.
CLICK HERE to read more about it and reserve your spot.
If you already know you want in, then there’s no reason to wait. Register now and you’ll receive your Starter Kit next week!

This is the LAST round of The Pilates Body Program for 2014.
I have tentative plans to run the next one in March 2015, but that is subject to change. So if you’ve been thinking about it for a while, now’s the time to stop thinking and start doing.
Let’s Workout…
Now on to our FINAL #mindbodymat workout! Thank you so much for letting me train you over the past 3 weeks. It has been so much fun and your support has made it all worth it. I appreciate each and every one of you.
I appreciate each comment, each social media post, and each beautiful woman behind the screen joining me on this journey to find more balance and grace as we create lives that feel good to live.
Enjoy today’s workout!

LOVED this workout! Thank you so much for this #MindBodyMat challenge. It has made me fall in love with Pilates. You are so supportive and encouraging. So is the rest of this community that you have built. I’m excited to continue this newly started journey to health with you through the Pilates Body Program!
Best workout yet! I did this one twice. This has been a great series and the weeks flew by! Thank you again for offering this for free. Loved every day of it!
I guess I need to wait until the next time you giveaway one of your pilates sessions (or win some money). Love everything you do. Thanks!!!
LOVED this workout too!!! I can’t believe how much stronger I feel after just 10 min a day for 3 weeks!!!! It’s unbelievable!! Thanks for all your little reminders throughout each workout, they always come at the perfect time! Thanks also for all your encouragement, positive thinking and self love!! I’ve also REALLY loved all the mental health challenges! They have definitely helped me, and some of the challenges are ones I’ve never done/thought about!! What you do is really important!! Thanks so much for all the work and effort you put into these challenges!!
Thanks, Robin, for this work out series. Love them all!
The #MindBodyMat journey has been amazing. I’m sad that it’s over, but am definitely looking forward to participating in your future programs. I feel much stronger than I did three weeks ago. Thank you so much, Robin.
Oh my goodness, I can’t believe I won! This program has truly been such a blessing to me, and I stumbled upon it at just the right time. I’ve had some autoimmune condition flare-ups this summer that have made it hard for me to do intense workouts with the regularity that I had been doing them. So being able to do Pilates at home helped me to continue to feel strong, mentally and physically! And I hadn’t done Pilates since I had kids (my oldest is 7) and forgot how much I loved it! I secretly wanted to win this week’s giveaway so badly, because I really wanted to do the full program, but knew we couldn’t afford it. I guess The Lord knew I needed it ;). Robin, thank you for doing what you do! You have such a gift!! (And I emailed you earlier this evening!) So excited to work with you more :))
Thanks for the awesome three weeks, Robin! I’m planning on starting over again on Monday! 😉
Thank you Robin for putting together #mindbodymat & all of your other Pilates workouts, I have been doing your Pilates workouts since July, I started with your 28 day challenge, did some of the summer series & then went straight into #mindbodymat. I have found them challenging but now feel so much stronger & I’m able to do the more difficult pilates exercises, which I struggled with before. In 7 weeks I have lost an inch off my hips & waist and an inch & a half from my stomach, which I can’t quite believe! Really looking forward to working with you again in the future, I’m so glad I Googled 30 day Pilates challenge now!
Thank you so much for share.
