28 Days of Pilates: Day 23

I hope you’re having a great weekend.

I have one of my best friends in town this weekend and it’s been so much fun being together and catching up on life.

Since it’s Sunday I have another Stretch & Relax session prepared for you. Take a few minutes out of your day to care for your mind and body before diving into another week. 🙂

Today’s Check-In: Unplug! Take a day away from your computer/phone and be present (with the exception of this workout of course!). I’ll be doing the same so you won’t see much of me online today. We’ll be back at it tomorrow. Enjoy your technology-free day!

  1. This is definitely my favorite Sunday stretch series of the challenge so far. It’s relaxing yet energizing; and I love the emphasis on calming meditation at the end. Thank you again for an amazing video!
