Pilates Swimming

SWIMMING

Swimming is a classic Pilates exercise that is much harder than it looks!

Swimming is designed to:

  • strengthen the upper back muscles (great for posture!)
  • increase spinal extension
  • stabilize the core

You’ll also engage the muscles along the backside of the legs and get your heart rate pumping.

In today’s video I’ll walk you through Swimming, provide modifications and help you get the most out of the exercise.

Let me know how it goes!
