Okay, let’s get out our mats and get down to business.
Today as you perform each exercise, focus on your breath. Breath is a key component in your Pilates practice. While you’ll hear me cueing your breath from time to time, I don’t want you to get too caught up in getting it just right.
Instead, I just want you to breathe.
Synchronize your breath with your movement in a way that feels natural and use your exhale to deepen your connection to your core. Inhale big, exhale big. Keep the breath moving.
Breathing is a proven way to improve your health, mental clarity and stress levels.
