This Pilates For Balance workout is designed to challenge your stabilizing muscles in new ways. Most of us are stronger in our bigger muscles, but balancing requires your smaller muscles to function well and do their part. In this workout, I’ll lead you through a series of exercises that will help you improve your balance and overall strength.
You can sneak this 5-minute workout into your day no matter how busy you are and I promise you’ll feel so much better when you’re done!

Thank you for all the fantastic videos! I’m recovering from a broken hip but managing to get some of these exercises worked into my daily routine. You’re helping me get back to my horseback riding quickly. And I have to mention that my Consultant approves of these exercises !! ?
