Hi Robin,
I have just done this 5 minute video and the abs one and they are great – you are so clear (when I have tried to do other abs videos I had to keep sitting up every 30 seconds to see what they were doing which spoiled the effect somewhat!!).
Are there any more 5 minute videos or do you intend to do any more (pretty please!)?
