Hi Beauties!
I’ve been spending some time dreaming up my next free online challenge. And I while I already have a few ideas that I think you’ll love, I figured I should ask YOU what you want to see more of!
If you aren’t familiar with my free challenges, check out 28 Days of Pilates and the Pilates Summer Series.
I love creating and hosting these program but I want to make sure I give you more of what you want. 🙂
Any requests, suggestions or ideas?
Specific body parts you want to work on? New habits you want to build?
I’m all ears!
xo,
PS – you can still access the free workouts from my last 2 challenges here on the blog (look on the right sidebar for links) or on my YouTube channel. 🙂 Save the date: the next challenge will be starting in August!

YES sounds fab! I did 28 days where i loved the fact it was every single day and i also loved the collaborations you did in summer series, introducing some yoga in as i’ve never done that kind of yoga before . Also the opportunities to win the PBP were awesome…hopefully i’ll be lucky this time around, fingers crossed! Also if you ever want another teacher to do a guest spot over here in England let me know 🙂
Maybe a little standing work for when we can’t lay down?
I LOVE your free pilates challenges! I started (late) with the Summer Series, and they give me a really great start to my morning 🙂 Thanks for all the workouts!
Loved, loved, loved the upgrade workouts for the summer series. They were a tough workout in just 20 minutes. Its a great amount of time to add to another workout or fit in when time is limited. Love the free series and think you are a great instructor!
I love your pilates challenges and the upgrade workouts! I have been taking pilates reformer classes at a studio, but the 1 hour classes are too long for me. I am considering whether I should buy a reformer machine for me to use at home. Would you ever do a free pilates reformer equipment challenge or maybe include an upgrade option for a 20 minute reformer workout? Thanks!
I would also love to see a couple reformer workouts!
I love these challenges of yours! Personally, I’d like some workouts for the back, because my posture is awful and my abs are definitely stronger than my lower back. But, really, whatever you do, I’ll definitely follow along ^_^
I generally prefer to workout when I come home from work. It helps me ease into my evening by releasing my tight upper back, neck, and shoulders. You make note of various exercises throughout your videos that are good for those who work at a desk all day. I know so many of us work desk jobs and I’d love to see those exercises all in one place for post-work de-stressing. 🙂
Yay! I love your free challeneges! Butt and thigh work please. These seem to be the only areas on my body refusing to tone up.
Hi Robin! So excited you’re thinking of doing another free challenge – the last two were wonderful & I’m sure whatever you decide for this one it will be great as well.
I have a goal.. to be able to rise into a handstand – and hold it! Anything that would help strengthen the muscles needed to do this would be great!
xo
Anything!!!! I loved the summer series and the upgrade that was offered…. Thanks!
I was wondering if you might give your professional opinion on supplements, cleanses, etc. Things like Plexus, Shakeology, Isagenix. I don’t really know much about it all EXCEPT that my social feeds are full of people using them. Just curious…
I can only get to a studio equipment class once a week but have therabands, weighted balls & a Pilates ring at home. I’m always trying to improve my practice on the reformer so some videos using props at home would be a nice change.
I do most of my workouts at home on a mat, mainly because of juggling work and kids– so would love more of the same! At your suggestion, I bought a foam roller, so I’d love to see a more extended session on using that. And, I love having extra healthy recipes, so any that you can share are deeply appreciated!!
I really enjoyed your last challenge, and I would like to see longer workouts, like 20 minutes long at least. I think it would be more challenging and help those of us with less stamina grow stronger.
I agree with Rebecca and would like your opinion on the supplements and cleanses on the market. I too see lots of information on how these products have helped people to lose weight and gain energy. I did both the free challenges and the most recent PBP. I love the programs and I got much stronger, however, I didn’t lose weight. I am about to turn 50 and don’t know if my age is the barrier or what. Any help would be appreciated.
