As I am new to The Sisterhood, my goal for the end of the year would be to find a fairly predictable, workable morning routine that will fit my Pilates in regularly with my morning tea or coffee and devotional time. I am looking forward to making this a consistent part of my health plan. Thank you! Have a blessed day!
I’d really love to pay off our remaining credit card debt and start using some of the money we currently budget for to invest for retirement. We opened a Roth IRA last year but haven’t paid it much attention.
Also, I’d love to be able to (properly, consistently) do a teaser!
I’d love to finish getting our house unpacked and organized. We moved in when I was 8 months pregnant but now that the newborn stage is over, it’s time to get the house in order! Thanks for the opportunity!
I would like to be more intentional with my time- not automatically picking up my phone whenever I’m bored, making time everyday for some exercise or movement, and being more present for my family.
I would love to feel like I have made fitness a regular part of my day and not something I keep starting and stopping.
I’d love to get my mornings routine, organized, and simplified.
Best to all, Sarah
By the end of the year I’d like to land one new freelance writing client!
By the end of the year, I would like to have incorporated weight training to my self-care. I have accomplished making time for daily pilates, now to add in some weights.
I want to consistently focus on building a stronger body. I have no problem keeping up
with cardio but I want to practice pilates at least 3 days a week if not more to tone and strengthen
my body. I just turned 55 and I feel like I need to up my exercise game to continue aging gracefully.
My goal is to spend more time at my kitchen table. Family dinner is and will remain non negotiable in our home but in addition to that I’d like to eat more breakfasts with my kids, have more coffees and lunches with my friends and make sure I take the time to slow down and sit down when I am home eating my myself.
Hi! I’m Tonya and I just signed up for the Sisterhood, after completing my second back to the mat challenge. I am looking forward to the great daily workouts and helpful eating tips. My goal this year is to become more healthy overall, stronger with my continued workouts and the internal things you can’t see on a scale. The weight loss will be the cherry on top!
My goal for the remainder of the year is to organize all of our family photos into individual photo albums to surprise my sister and brothers with at Christmas. There’s hundreds of pictures so it will be a task for sure, but it will mean so much! Thanks for the opportunity to win this awesome giveaway! 🙂
My goal for the end of this year is to not end the year feeling out of shape and bloated from the holidays, but rather keep a fitness routine going, and eat sensibly yet enjoy a few treats, and start 2019 feeling good and strong! I am new to the Sisterhood and I know it will help me reach my goal.
One of my goals is to obtain full time employment while continuing to stay on track with cooking, exercise and my one-year Bible reading plan.
These journals look great. They would make great Christmas gifts. I would like to get more involved with my community by the end of this year. Over the weekend we had a tragic hate crime on our Jewish community and with the escalated tension with the upcoming elections I feel the need to get involved.
Kimbathegreat, prayers for the community and all who are having to deal and process this tragic happening. I don’t live far from Pittsburgh and my brother not only lives in Pittsburgh, but happened to be a couple streets away when it happened. Know that many feel a loss and great sadness. Hugs, Dearie.
My goal for the end of the year is to return to my scholarship. I wrote a dissertation 5 years ago that I planned to turn into a book, but between changing jobs, moving, and having a baby, I never did. I’d like to at least finish a draft of one chapter by year’s end.
What an awesome gift pack!
One goal I have is to get myself to bed at a decent hour every night- so much better to have a full night’s rest!
My goal is to implement more balance in my everyday routine when it comes to my school work and hobbies. I am in my first year of college, and when it comes to school I have a history of putting a lot of unneccessary pressure on myself which causes me to spend more time than needed on certain tasks. I am striving to work hard at school work while giving myself grace instead of expecting perfection. Instead of wasting energy on things out of my control I hope to gain more room for the other joys in my life like healthy cooking and being active!
My goal is to make a sourdough starter and begin making lower – carb sourdough bread for my family 🙂
My goal is to actually do Pilates 5 days a week. I’ve gone back to work full time and the stress is intense. Small goals.
I would like to create a fitness routine (thanks sisterhood for the jumpstart) and healthy diet routine, as well as a bible/prayer routine that I follow weekly and stick to.
I want to publish an e-book by the end of the year!
I would like to keep pilates a more regular part of my lifestyle. My goal is to stick to the Sisterhood calendar for November and December! I can do this! Small goal that will hopefully trickle into a larger goal come 2019!
One goal I am setting for 2019 is that I want to read through my chronilogical bible every day for the 365 days!
My goal is to be down 10 pounds by the end of the year. I am anxious to start trying the recipes in Recipe Central for help in achieving that goal. I will continue to improve my consistency, this has been my best month so far, only missed two workouts. Printing out the monthly calendar and marking off the workouts is a visual reminder to “get it done”. It works! I cannot wait to try the Power Sheets, finger crossed that I will be blessed enough to win the package. I am so thankful for TBL and the sisterhood.
My goal is to stick with #thelast90days (a group focused on ending the last 90 days of the year with as much enthusiasm as we started it. led by Rachel Hollis) and that means staying focused on drinking water, moving my body (that’s where the Sisterhood comes in!), keeping a gratitude journal, elliminating a food that I know isn’t good for me for a time, and getting to bed earlier.
I am doing the last 90 day challenge too! Kind of slacked the last week but pulled it together to start November strong. Good luck!
My goal is to continue to care for myself, move and do pilates regularly; daily would be good but grace over guilt. So far doing this is helping me mentally as well as physically stronger. I want to keep building on these foundations. Thank you!
I love the Sisterhood, you are all so inspiring x
My goal for the end of this year is to create a proper routine for myself. I’ve been out of work for a couple of months to focus on recovering from an injury and I find myself without any clear intention for my days. Then I panic because I need to have x, y and z completed for so and so to visit and I overdo it and put my recovery back again. It’s not been great for my mental wellbeing either. So I would like to practice having just one thing a day that I intend to do (as well as my Pilates) and have a routine for myself so I don’t end up in a social media rabbit hole!
My goal is to apply to grad school by December 31 – this has been a dream of mine for a long time and I’m finally making it happen! I will be applying for a Masters in Social Work program.
My goal for the rest of 2018 is to live intentionally in everything I do – be it my studies at university, my exercise routine or in building relationships in my community. Life can rush past us so quickly if we don’t live every day with intention!
My goal is to incorporate some type of movement into my day for at least 20 minutes. Some days this will be Pilates, others it will be dancing with my children! 🙂
My goal is to add vegetables to every meal. I usually do ok at dinner, but lunch and breakfast I’m not so good with.
My husband & I just started dieting and I need to get organized with this and also feed my 17 year old son (who never stops eating) and my picky pre teen daughter. Between all their activities and me working night shift I need help! My goal is to have a saner, calm life!
I would like to set a goal of being mindful of my body’s need for healthy movement and nourishment.
My goals include more Pilates, more reading, and more intentional/purposeful interaction Auth my teenager.
My goal for the remainder of 2018 is to hit the mat at least 3 times EACH week. Days can fluctuate, but no more of this “tomorrow” business, and then an entire week goes by. I plan on achieving this by printing the Nov and Dec schedules, and marking on them each day I work out. That way, I can see at a glance if I’ve been away too long. I have yet to print out a schedule — I just log on to the Sisterhood and play whatever’s on for that day.
Get back to doing my pilates daily! LO has been teething, and not sleeping well and my motivation hasn’t been great :/
for 2018 I used Powersheets for the first time and have made progress on my goals… more than I would have if I didn’t use them. They keep you focused. This year’s goals were related to living an uncluttered life and self-care. Perfect… no, but progress. Looking forward to continuing in 2019.
My goal is to do a little bit everyday to be better in school, my relationships, my spirituality, and in being more healthy!
My goal is to work on utilizing more of the sisterhood recipes.
I would love to have a regular time to work out – I head back to work after maternity leave soon so carving out time is important. I’d also love to learn how to do some wood art!
My main goal is to be gentle and compassionate to myself so I can be the same towards others- this might include more intentional time throughout the week to exercise, meditate, or read. Thank you for this opportunity!
My goal is to be self employed within the next year. Having more passion for what I do during the day will no doubt help with the passion for taking care of myself outside of work. It’s really a two fold accomplishment.
My goal is to get organized and on a schedule and to stick with it! Wake up at the same time, workout at the same time, clean rooms on a set day, etc. I’m horrible with routine but feel I would benefit greatly from one.
My goal is to do Pilates 5 days a week and try not to miss any workouts..
I want to get back to the gym 3x/week from now until the end of the year! I’ve created a goal within the YMCA app to hold me accountable too!
My goal is to put my mental health first and work through some things that are keeping me from being my best self. Some of these keep me from treating my body the way it wants to be treated.
My goals for 2019 is to be healthy in body, mind and spirit; self educati0n (so much I missedd in my youth that I want to read and study in my retirement.) , explore creative outlets, keeping home clean, organized and uncluttered. I want to figure out how to make it all happen and be consistent. I did purchase the power sheet bundle for myself. If I win this I would l9ve to give it to a friend who could also reap the benefits of power sheets.
My husband just started a new job yesterday, which means a very different schedule for my family. He’s going from 12 hour shifts, 3 times a week, to regular business hours for the first time in our lives. I want to finish the year with a good solid routine for the mornings and a weekly rhythm that work together to make room for meal prep, exercise, and a few minutes together over coffee most mornings.
My goal is to continue putting my health and fitness first. I walk daily and am hoping to start incorporating Pilates 2-3 days a week again as well. I love TBL Sisterhood!!
I would like for “me” to become a priority again and to stop selling myself short. Start working out at least three days a week again.
I have so many goals that I would love to achieve like scheduling more wisely, budgeting, getting rid of excess “stuff” and getting on a cleaning schedule for our home but my biggest goal would be to prioritize my self care. I know that I can better serve and bless others after I’ve taken care of myself first.
I have a couple of goals: to be more consistent with my pilates workouts and organizing my home.
My goal for this year is to intentially play and have fun with my kids, leaving my to-do list for later, and being really present during this time.
I have made some strides to reaching this goals (waking up before my kids to get quiet time and exercise in before they are up), but I’d still like to make more ways to just play!
My goals would be to be more consistent with my workouts and eating!
I would love to plan and keep a daily workout schedule by the end of the year.
I seem to have stalled, my goal is to get back on track with Pilates, study, work ,hobbies and my home life. Instead of feeling overwhelmed and trying to fit it all in I’d like to make time for things and time for me. Need a good action plan but takes time planning the plan and not sure where to start.
I enjoyed reading everyone else’s goals, what an inspiration! In 2018 I wanted to focus on CONNECTION: to myself, to my family, to my community. I was thrown a bit of a curve ball when my father passed away in the spring, just 3 years after my mom. But its been 6 months now, and I’m trying to re-focus on the first aspect – connecting to myself through self-care – by incorporating daily rituals for wellness & most importantly to find STILLNESS to listen to where my heart is being led so I can take action in 2019.
Oh Christine! What a great goal! I’m sorry about your parents ❤
My goal is to continue my healthy eating/Pilates journey through the Holiday season!
My goals for the end of the year are to get more sleep and be more consistent with my workouts. I tend to stop working out when I’m stressed, even though I know this is when I need my pilates the most!
By the end of this year, I’d like to start daily journaling and be faithful to this goal!
So many amazing, inspiring goals!! My goal for the rest of this year is to become a better listener; to put down my phone, and truly listen to what the other person is saying to me and not just waiting for my turn to speak
My goal for 2019 is to transition to an anti-inflammatory diet. Despite all the wonderful movement my body gets through Pilates, my diet keeps my body feeling badly. I plan to begin an intentional process of finding out what foods impact my body in a negative way so that I can feel better and have more sustained energy.
What great goals everyone’s making! So inspirational! My goal I’m trying to accomplish by the end of the year is to strengthen and love my body to prepare for trying to get pregnant with baby #2. In having my first child I was able to see what I was capable of, but the next go around I want to be healthier and stronger going in.
My goal is to continue to strengthen my core for pointe work for ballet. I am an adult beginner and just started pointe work this year. So difficult! But love this beautiful art form. I feel like I can’t justify the expense of The Sisterhood at this time, so would be thrilled to win this giveaway! Have been exposed to Pilates through a local gym and love Pilates!
I would like to have one place to track all pending things.
Schedule a night away in a hotel by myself to recharge and refresh in the midst of a rich but full life schedule! P.s. love powersheets! Has made this year my most focused and meaningful goal wise!
I would like to have one place to track all pending things.
My goal is to prioritize my health by dialing in on my eating habits and exercise routines. 🙂
I am in my second year of The Sisterhood. I really have embraced the Pilates lifestyle and do it almost daily or at least some other form of exercise. Robin and The Sisterhood have made this possible. I am in my first year of menopause and I’m really getting hit hard. Not just in weight gain but in my cravings for wine. Perhaps trying to balance the hormones?) probably contributes to the weight gain too LOL. So my goal for this year is to reduce the consumption of wine and see if the inflammation in my body reduces and the weight that I’ve gained reduces. I think I can do this with better tracking that will keep me focused.
I just had a surprise baby ( #7 ) this year at
40 yrs old, after being “done” for nearly a decade! So my goal this year is twofold; mentally & emotionally to prioritize self care & physically by regaining strength through Pilates workouts.
One of my goals is to lower my grocery budget for my family of 7!
One goal I have is to be consistent with fueling my body (food, exercise, sleep) so I don’t need a nap when my kids nap. I do great for a bit but then stress comes and I let it all go.
I’ve recently started doing 15 minutes of exercise as soon as I get up. My goal is to continue this until the end of the year.
I’ve struggled with my health throughout this year and have given up sugar (again) and I feel so much better for it, and i’m trying to make consistent choices every day, which isn’t always easy when the office resembles a bakery most days!!
I saw someone post this in the hangout and liked it so I’m going to use it for next year. Do Pilates 300 days next year.
My goal is to get back to doing Pilates 5 days a week after the foot surgery I just had last week. I had been doing really well following the Sisterhood calendar since March this year, and this foot surgery has set me back a little, so I would really like to get back to my Pilates routine once my body has healed enough!
My goal is to add 30 minutes of brisk walking 4 days a week. ?
I would like to plan the general flow of my days better.
My goal is to cook healthier meals for my family and to not eat out as much. With autoimmune issues and food allergies, I am so tired at the end of the day and have little energy to cook. But with planning, I know I can do it! And we will have a healthier Wisconsin winter because of it. ☺️
I would like to have the main floor of my house organized (kids toys, constant flow of information coming home from school, purge things that are no longer useful to us). Also, to stick with consistency working out, I have been doing great since the back to the mat challenge and I don’t want to lose that momentum.
I would love to get back into the habit of sitting down everyday and doing something for myself that is beneficial to ME – prepping a meal for the next day, going to bed earlier to get more sleep, planning out next weeks meals, reading for enjoyment, planning a weekend family adventure, booking a fitness class, etc. Anything that will make the future better, whether immediate or a ways out.
My goal is to lose at least 7 lbs and start to incorporate pilates regularly
I have a goofy work schedule so my end of the year goal is waking up in time to do Pilates before kids are up even in days I’m not scheduled to work.
My goal for 2019 is presence and gratitude …. I want to enjoy my current season of life (a newly-wed), celebrate my milestone birthday, celebrate my mother’s milestone birthday, and appreciate how good life is.
I want to get my finances in order. I think a good goal for the end of the year would be get a budget in place and stick to it. With the ultimate goal of clearing up my debt.
What an awesome giveaway! My goal is to form a faith-based group in my home to pray together and seek to serve our community and world outreach. Praying Psalm 143:10 and spending lots of time in prayer and planning. I could use those sheets! <3
My goal for the end of this year is to become more joyful in all things and to be thankful for the blessings that I have. I also have a goal of getting my business idea into action by the end of the year for a kickoff of 2019.
I would like to stick to my morning Pilates workout for a year not only to make myself physically stronger but emotionally as well. I will also be starting a 1 year Love Dare Challenge that I want to stick to as well…
My goal for this year would be to find more happiness within myself, to be healthier than I am today and more fit.
By the end of the year, I would like to finish a health coaching program I started when I was pregnant a year ago.
My goal is to be able to say “I’ve completed at least 15 minutes of Pilates and/or other workout every single day since I started in October”. I’m already on track and find the more I do, the more I want to do. (Thank you Robin, for helping me see anything is achievable if you don’t set the bar too high] This is a big goal for a woman in her fifties who has NEVER been consistent with exercise. I know I need to keep motivated for it to become a habit.
My goal is to manage my time better throughout each day, being a stay at home mom with an in home childcare I tend to be everywhere all day yet not accomplishing much! Can anyone relate? ?
My goal is to consistently do strength workouts (like Pilates) a minimum of 4 times of week, while continuing cardio 4-5 times a week through the end of the year and into the next. By Thanksgiving, I would like to have the extra room decluttered and organized as a guest room : )
My goal is to be nicer to my self and put my health first. Joining the Sisterhood is the first step.
I would love to continue to plug into these great groups. They are so inspiring and helpful for accountability! I have started getting to classes both yoga and weight training and want to have it be a goal of mine to continue my road to wellness. I would love the cultivate what matters set with the power sheets!! And the drawing is on my 23rd Anniversary ❤️
Thanks!
To be consistent with lifestyle changes of nutrition, Pilates, and general health.
One goal I have is to make time for myself at least five days a week, even if it’s just 15 minutes. That doesn’t sound like much, but I have three kids 6 and under and sometimes it feels impossible to get time to just refocus!
I am a new step mom. My intention is to re-figure our how to make me a priority again now with a husband and 3 step kids.
I am hoping to find a balanced routine before and after work. I keep trying but haven’t found my “balance” yet!
I’m working on slowing down and following my curiosities. Goal by end of year: Sign up for a course to continue on the path of curiosity (reiki, massage, yoga for kids, career counseling)
I want to get my life organized in general. I’ve been mom for 26 years and now my youngest has moved out and i’m an empty nester and working full time for the first time since before kids. My husband and I are learning to be just the two of us again which is amazing. Now I just need motivation to start getting all the things done that we’re out on the back burner as the kids were No. 1 for so long. Looking forward to the next chapter in our lives.
One of my goals this year is to stick with my Pilates (of course!) and build my endurance for running now that I have developed more strength to protect myself from injury. 2019 is going to be a great year!
One of my goals is to spend less time looking at the screen, whether it’s my phone, computer, or the tv.
It is hard to pick only one goal! I think my general goal is to continue decluttering: because of the Sisterhood and the Summer Sculpt program, I “decluttered” my diet and simplified the food that I eat, which has had positive results across the board. I would also like to continue decluttering my house; with three kids, stuff sort of piles up and I have a hard time staying on top of it! Because of all this rain this fall (New England/Boston area), our basement flooded over the weekend, so we have had to move all of our storage and playroom up to the main floor – while the whole situation is a HUGE bummer, I’m trying to focus on the silver lining of now being forced into going through all of this stuff. 🙂 Trying to stay positive!
I would like to read a book between now and the end of the year. With a new baby, I haven’t read much the past few months since she arrived. But I am thinking if I swap some phone scrolling with an e-book while nursing, I could probably get a book read during that time. 🙂
I struggled with this when I first had my baby. I worried about her tearing my books too. So I bought e books for my phone. Also means I can enlarge the text to not need my glasses. Good luck x
To make myself a priority by enjoying a healthier lifestyle with Pilates, and with the encouragement of the Sistehood!
One of my goals is to put together a capsule wardrobe that makes getting dressed easier and makes me feel confident. I’ve spent too many years yo-yo-ing around with baby weight and everything I own has a spit up stain. I don’t enjoy clothes shopping, but it’s time to put some effort into my appearance, even as a SAHM!
My goal is to not bring my work stress home where possible. I also need to start putting me first for at least 15 minutes a day. Fingers crossed, family support acquired. Looking forward to a happier, healthier me already.
What a giveaway! I have a couple…for health, for sure pushing to stay consistent. I know when I skip a workout it can become a pattern. For family, patience…showing God’s love simply bc he’s asked us to and not relying it on circumstance.
My goal is to get back to healthy meal planning and cooking I retired from 30 years of teaching in June and we moved to a new and it seems to be taking me awhile to get back into the groove of cooking and planning healthy meals. I know that I will feel and look better. Second, I want to complete one full month of The Balanced Life online Pilates workouts. Third, I want to sign up and pay for yoga teacher training.
I’m moving two states away at the end of this year to be near family as I deal with a new chronic/genetic diagnosis. My goal for the end of this year is to wrap up my current phase of life well so I can launch myself into an intentionally slower season and focus on my healing.
That’s a great goal, Bethany! And Congrats!! You are the winner of our giveaway! Will you send an email to [email protected] and we’ll get you all set up? Thanks!
My goal for this coming year is to be able to do actual tricep pushups! I love incorporating Pilates and it has shown me I can build strength in areas I’d given up on. My core seems to be one of my stronger region and my upper body the weakest, so consistently working this area to build toward the goal of pushups in which my arms actually bend is my goal!
My goal is to continuously hit my water goal. Its so hit and miss for me but so vital important. It is even harder now the weather is getting colder. 2.5 litres a day is the goal.
My goal is to continue my fitness journey by continuing to move my body in various ways (Pilates, yoga, etc). I also commit to continue to make healthier nutrition choices along with continuing my goal of drinking water regularly.
I would love to get my health back on track. I had a medical hardship hit me over the summer and I’ve been to constant doctors and appointments since then, getting different tests, scans, ultrasounds, you name it. I’m finally close to getting concrete answers and once I get my procedure done and heal, I am going to be so ready to take my health back and pursue it wholeheartedly!
I’m working on a health coach certification, and I want to finish it by the end of the year!
My goal is to make Pilates a part of my daily routine, improving my posture and strengthening my core. I’m so sporadic with the days I do it, but I want to find those 15-30 minutes each day.
I had my first baby 7 months ago and am really trying to get back into a solid running routine. I ran marathons before baby, gave myself lots of grace postpartum because I just didn’t have the passion and desire to run like I used to, but I can feel myself missing that part of “me” now that I feel human again!
My main goal for the remainder of the year (and next year) is taking care of my body. I’m going to accomplish that by completing my sisterhood work outs and eating nourishing foods. My husband and I are planning to try for baby number 2 next fall and I want to make sure my body is as healthy as possible before next fall.
One of my goals is to make moving my body a habit so that I can have more energy during the day to tend more intentionally to my work and relationships 🙂
My goal is to be intentionally active and/or exercise everyday. That includes going for a walk, hiking, working out, Pilates, etc. Even if I need a rest day, I can do a stretching/meditation Pilates flow.
I love everything a out this giveaway!! I’ve been following Lara for a few years now since you mentioned it way back. I am 3.5 months postpartum with baby #3, so I have to be intentional with my goals, for my sanity, physical health, emotional health and spiritual health. Meal planning is something that I struggle with, and thus it’s easier to reach for the quick foods, which aren’t always the best. So my goal is to do actual planning for meals and do meal prep on the weekends to set us up for success!!
My goal is to be more aware and in control of my finances by the end of the year (a scary goal but I’m going to be strong!)
One of my goals for next year is to exercise and write daily. I want to continue the habit of exercise to give me energy and motivation for my day. I also want to write daily not only for my mental health, but also to continue to grow as a writer.
My goal is to get back into a good Pilates routine again for November and December.
My goal is to get back my mojo, in that, I want to take back control from my anxiety and prioritize self care by feeding my body and mind in a healthy way so that I can be the “me” I know that I am. Reducing technology, chocolate and stress will be key in reaching my goal, so it will be challenging, but “Nothing in the world is worth having or worth doing unless it means effort, pain, difficulty…” I’m ready!!!
My goal is make sure I have enough me time, by saying no to things I feel I should say yes to…..Grace over guilt ?
My goal is to create and follow healthy habits, learn to love my body and all the changes it has gone through after 2 babies and 3 losses. I want to feel strong and healthy. Push myself out of my comfort zone and reach out to friends so they can workout with me. Most of all I’m hoping to live a balanced life filled with grace and love for myself so I can love others fully and allow others to love me just as I am.
Be consistent with daily pilates! ❤
My goal for the rest of this year is to focus on more consistently eating healthy and spending more time in God’s word!
My goal is to be more mindful about eating healthy on a consistent basis.
My goal is to be more intentional with my self talk and who u am surrounding myself with. I want to go into the new year feeling like the healthiest version of myself.
I’d love to get myself and my two month old in a bit more of a rhythm… we started this week with my Bible time during his morning nap. Yesterday it took until 3:58 to finish, but I did it!
My goal is to spend more time looking my kids in the eye than staring at my phone screen.
I would love to stop eating a bowl of cereal every night before bed.
We are moving to Boston from Louisville this weekend. I’m ready to start my business over in a new state. We do not know anyone so sadly, no more word of mouth referrals. I’m using the new year and writing out my goals to hold me accountable for getting this off the ground again.
Consistency…not just with my diet and exercise but in my everyday life. The way I parent, how I handle certain situations that occur on a regular basis, hours I sleep and my overall opinion of myself.
My main goal is to get my house organized!!
I just set a goal this week to make time for myself each day to decompress. We homeschool and it’s easy to put off taking care of myself and by the end of the day I’m completely spent. Thank you so much for this giveaway!
To make the time to take care of myself so I can better support ALL the needs of my tiny human. ?
My goal is to become more active via Pilates to get things done around my house instead of getting on electronic devices. I want to focus more on the important things.
I just gave birth to my third son, and had to give up using powersheets due to financial reasons. My goal is to start getting intentional time for myself to spend with the Lord and do my BLS workouts. Juggling being a wife and mom and homemaker has left me with very little to none for myself!
The one goal I plan to accomplish by the end of 2018 is to do Pilates everyday. I started with the Back to the Mat Challenge and haven’t stopped yet! I joined the Sisterhood after 5 days into the Challenge and once it was finished started Pilates for Beginners. I then began 21 Days of Pilates as well as the 12 days of Pilates. Needless to say after 16 days straight of Pilates I’m in love with it! Excited for the rest of my journey 🙂
Hello! I am a mom of 5, and at this point in the journey, an empty nester. These are emotional hard times but I have chosen to begin focusing on myself and my health. I was, in my 20/30’s, a person who did yoga, Pilates and 2 miles everyday. That is what am I going to be again. My family history is one of women & Alzheimer’s with early onset Dementia. Being 47, I am doing everything I can to be healthy and enjoy life in the now.
That’s the long answer.
The short answer is my goal is to strengthen my legs/hips so when I stand up I don’t “click” & then wobble walk hunching until it all loosens to stand upright!
I’d love to get in better shape
By the end of the year, I’d like to create a habit of working out (I.e. doing Robin’s Pilates) 5 days a week without making daily excuses.
Thank you for your incredible program and membership!
I am a student and will be graduating in December 2019. By the end of the year, I need to have my thesis topic finalized and start writing it, so that I can finish it by this time next year. I also want to continue my current healthier eating habits and daily pilates, which I started on Oct 1. Thanks to the last 90 day challenge and the back to the mat challenge.
I would really like to get better with my meal planning!
Well, the end of this has been a challenge of unexpected life events. My goal is remain even keeled while completing my goals for work and family! I love goal setting books and have been looking for my 2019 version.
I am determined to finish all the projects/goals/ideas (including doing my daily TBL workout!) I started in the last couple of years. My friend taught me to choose a theme instead of a resolution…so my theme will be Finish What You Started!
Thanks for the opportunity ?
I have been exercising most every morning for the last 30 years, but I have learned through this challenge how important it is to stretch, relax and work the core. The breathing and mind setting is something I don’t concentrate on enough because of my busy schedule. We will be empty nest shortly and after spending a half of life time raising a family, and after a very thankful outcome of the widow maker with my husband this past summer, it is a whole new chapter. Time to concentrate on what we enjoy doing together and focusing on those things we have not made time for and enjoying family.
I’d like to finally just let my self doubts go. Really live with “grace over guilt” motto. I want to stop looking at myself as to big and not strong enough. There’s no magic pill it’s all in my hands.. and I am strong enough for it! I want to tell myself I am beautiful, healthy, and strong and really truly believe it.
Due to an illness I had gained weight and loss muscle mass. I have lost most of the weight. I only have 10 pounds to go but desperately need to build my strength back up and with that hopefully tone up some. So that’s my goal, to be strong, to feel strong, to build up my endurance. If I believe it, I will achieve it. 🙂
I would like to read at least three books – parenting, faith, and fiction. Easy enough. 🙂
I am loving the sisterhood, and am so glad one of my friends told me about it last year! ? My goal is to say no, and stop overdoing it in the social aspect of my life. I know when I’m not as busy I have way more energy to be fully present when I do get to socialize! As well as give myself time to get my physical activity in!
I hope to create a space I don’t feel I need a vacation from.
My goal is to start doing Pilates again! I joined the sisterhood back in March of 2017 and have fallen completely off the wagon since then! I am looking to start small by scheduling a few short workouts and I am hoping to slowly increase the frequency and length of my workouts.
My goal is to do 15 Pilates workouts a month. I have really been falling off and this is what I need to reinvigorate my active life and self care!
My goal is to be intentional, not busy; and to give myself grace with a 2 1/2 year old, almost 6 month old, and a husband in nursing school ?
My goals for 2019 would be 1: pay off a few of our debts to free us up to do more in our spiritual life. 2: to improve the amount of time i am able to devote to my spiritual life. And 3: to teach my children more life skills so they can be productive adults.
I would like to declutter my guest room which is currently being used as a dumping ground for the entire family. Love these products!
Mimi,
I have a guest bedroom that sound similar! Good luck! 🙂
My goal for the end of 2018 is to be all prepped for my Baby expected to arrive February 2019. Though this is only 1 goal, it has many components. Work, home, health and family related.
One of my goals is to be more intentional in my food and workout choices. I know I feel better when I eat healthy and exercise but I struggle with planning that out regularly.
This year, I would like to complete 100 Pilates workouts!
So excited to end 2018 well and have a great 2019
My goal by the end of the year is to maintain a consistent workout routine so I can be healthy and hopefully happier in life. I’m visual so seeing what my plans or goals are has helped me to follow through.
To kick the sugar addiction I created during my pregnancy!
My goal is to create a routine to keep my house clean.
My goal is to get stronger physically and to take time just for myself. I’ve neglected myself while raising my wonderful kiddos.
My goal for the end of the year is to really live the motto grace over guilt. This has been very difficult for me over the last year and so moving forward I want to have a balance of working out, eating well but also not feeling guilty if I miss a workout or eat a piece of chocolate 🙂
My goal is to work bevoming more outgoing. Talk to people more. Have fun!
My goal for the rest of the year and beginning of the next: Stay healthy! Oh, and get into the rhythm of at least 2 long workouts a week!!!
What a fun giveaway! One my goals by the end of this year is to start working on long term and short term goals for our family. I’ve been slacking in this area and I’m ready to start putting a purpose into our days. ?
I would like to kick my eating disorder and be healthier in every way.
The goal I’d like to accomplish by the end of the year is to eat veggies at at least 3 meals/snacks each day. I often find myself grabbing for sweets and I have found in the past that the more veggies I eat, the more I want them over sweets!
My goal is to prioritize self care. I have sacrificed it in the past and learned just how detrimental that is. I signed up for the sisterhood and I love the workouts, so I want to complete the majority of the five each week.
A goal I have for myself is to set aside time every day (with a 3-month old, this takes some crafty planning) for me, whether it be working out, writing, crafting, or simply being. And to be more patient with myself! Thanks for this wonderful opportunity!
I want to get my weekly meals planned and shopped for on Sundays so I’m prepped for the week and will reach for the healthy snack and not the junk.
I LOVE being a member of the Sisterhood. It brings me peace and feels so good on my body. I don’t have a problem getting my daily Pilates workout in, but I am just diving into learning about Intuitive Eating. My goal is to continue to learn about intuitive eating and make peace with my eating.
I joined the Sisterhood after the Mind Body Pilates challenge . Ive found my outlook on life in general has shifted to a more positive one. One goal i have for this year (besides continuing the workouts on the calendar) is to declutter and take a more minimalistic approach to my home. Pilates helps me keep my mind and body less stressed. Now i need to take that approach to my surroundings.
Two brands I absolutely love! I am hoping to have a solid, simplified routine for my family to be fully ready for 2019. We are one year into a big family move and now I feel I have a handle on all the new things and just need to hammer out the right routine for us! Would love to win this giveaway!
I would like to get a handle on eating healthily throughout the day and not give in to sugar so often.
Thank you for this opportunity! I have a goal to be more mindful, daily. More mindful of my dietary/ nutritional intake, more mindful of how my body is feeling and adjust my daily exercise accordingly, more mindful of my responses to others, more mindful to perform one act of kindness daily; to live my day in a more thoughtful way.
Definitely trying to listen to my instincts and not do things that “I should be doing” when they actually feel wrong. I’m sure most women feel this way most of the time but I’m trying to do my level best to shut that voice up and just go with my gut . Xoxo
One of my big goals for 2019 is to continue on my journey to a healthier me. Consistent exercise routines, better eating habits etc.
My personal goal is to feel happier in my own skin. For years I’ve criticized my shape, hated my nose, cursed the scale… I missed out on so much. When I traveled I intentionally hid from the camera or photographed everyone else. Now that I look at all my memories, including my wedding, I’m not in them. The photos I’m in looked forced and uncomfortable. I want the rest of my life to be different. I want to be the girl smiling back that just looks happy and in the moment.
I am brand new to the sisterhood, and I have set a goal to work out 6 days a week for the rest of the year. These workouts just make that goal seem so much more attainable! Loving it so far!
My goal is to give up dieting and accepting and loving my body as it is now. To be able to find a healthy balance between eating healthy and enjoying the foods I love and to make work outs part of my daily routine. I’m working towards this now, one step at a time 🙂
I want to focus on becoming more intentional with my time. I want to stop reaching for my phone everytime I get a free minute! If I could implement a household management routine to get a little done each day, I would have more time to spend with my family and with myself.
I joined in Feb and Pilates has been my go to nearly every day since then. it keeps me grounded in an extremely stressful year. Thank you so much Robin.
I’d love to win as I’m good at making lists but always too much on them I want to be able to set realistic goals to carry me thru.
I would like to be more intentional with my time and have a consistent work out routine that works in this phase of life with 2 little kids.
I want to work on being more compassionate, towards myself and others, especially those I don’t agree with. I plan to start this through turning to God. I signed up for year-long bible reading challenge to help.
I am excited to have just joined the Sisterhood and by the end of the year I would like to slow down and appreciate the little things. I would also like to improve my self talk.
My goal is to take care of myself better, instead of being last in my own priority list.
Ooo!!! Such a fun giveaway, Robin!
By the end of this year, one goal I’d like to have accomplished is to have gone very slowly through Matthew and Luke taking notes and really trying to slowly study the Word and apply it to my life.
I would like to be more consitant with my workouts and practice self care more often.
I would like to try more Sisterhood recipes!
I just joined the Sisterhood after having my 4th baby this year. My main goal is to love my body again and treat it better.
My goal is to workout more at home and not rely on classes outside of the house. I also need to finish photo books for both my kids–this task constantly gets pushed to the end of the list!
By the end of the year I’d love to have my two litttlr boys sharing a room. This way my husband and I would have our bedroom back to ourselves. I feel like a bedroom should be a sanctuary and right now it’s mattresses on the floor basically wall to wall, I love my babies but I need my space back ♥️
I’m having my 3rd baby in March, and so my the end of the year, I want to have a consistent bit grace-filled routine for our current family before the chaos begins 🙂
My goal is to move myself up on my priority list!
My 2019 goal is to get off sugar. It’s been very hard for me and I feel like it’s starting to impact my health.
Thanks for the opportunity!
I want to complete my fall goal of painting my kids’ rooms for them! I’ve got two down, and the biggest one to go!
Ps LOVE power sheets so much, and have always wanted to join the sisterhood, this really is a dream giveaway!! Thank you for the chance Robin ?
My goal is to spend intentional one and one time with each of my children. I am currently pregnant with my fourth and I want to make sure my older kids know they are loved and cared for as well even thought the toddler and baby demand more attention on the regular.
My goal is to care for myself the way I care for others. To learn to be kind to myself and to love and embrace the person I am now.
I’m new here to this “Sister” stuff. My sister encouraged me to join this group of positive people. I KNOW this is where I should be, however by the end of the year I want to BELIEVE it. I want to believe it, love it like it’s part of my soul. I want to enjoy it and look forward to it. So far it’s taking effort and I’m proud of myself.
Year end goal: to have a healthy labor & delivery & healthy baby #4 (due date is December 30!)
My goal for the end of the year is to do better at enjoying life in the present moment. I have ailing parents, struggled with postpartum depression and recently discovered I have an autoimmune disorder. It’s been a year full of ups and downs, but by doing Pilates these last few weeks and having some “me” time, I am feeling renewed!
To be more flexible and toned!
I’d like to become more consistent now at doing things to ensure my future health, ie getting enough calcium and weight bearing exercise for bone strength, maintaining dental health.
I’d love to be more intentional with my time, and more regular about sticking to it long term without it feeling like a chore
My goal is to reduce screen time and be more present with my family!
My goal is to put some time aside each day for myself. I completed the 7 day challenge and really enjoyed the workouts, so I decided to join. I’m so happy I found you Robin!
My goal is to keep my morning exercise routine. I tend to fall off the wagon. My daughter got me back on again and now we both exercise together. So I plan on staying strong because I want to show a better example for my daughter to take care of her body and health from a young age.
One of my goals is to start a consistent work out routine that I can stick with, and will keep me motivated!
Hi Robin! By the end of the year, I’d like to not be held captive by my current emotional and/or physical state. It has been a difficult transition to staying at home with my 9 month old son and I don’t like how much I let my feelings afffect my mood when my husband gets home, etc.
I have 4 kids and youngest just turned one, she’s sleeping through the night and generally a really good baby, but I’ve been really struggling to find balance in my day to day tasks and would really like to find that balance again. My goal is to find that balance by waking up an hour before the kids every morning to get some me time. Make time for prayer and meditation and daily goal setting and maybe even get a little Pilates in there before the kids wake up. I know getting a jump start on my day will help bring the balance I’m desperately seeking.
Thank you for being such a light on instagram. I always look forward to your posts!
My goal is to do the pelvic floor exercises every evening along with the regular calendar of workouts. I want to see pelvic floor progress!
Consistency in a routine/better time management/goals mapped out so I can have a clear plan to achieve and succeed in 2019 as well as benefiting from the above goal by feeling less tired, more energized, less stressed and more efficient.
My goal is to be mindful throughout my day-through actions and intentions. I would like to mediate at least 2-3times a week and also incorporate some moving mediation as well.
Well…I found you at the right time! I had just gone to the Dr to get my annual check up and found that my body fat was at 59%. I was appalled! And overwhelmed…where do I begin? Then you showed up on my social media…so I gave The 7-day Pilates challenge a shot. I felt so much better after those 7 days…and better yet, I missed a couple in between and never felt guilty…I just picked back up. You got me excited that I could fit exercise into my busy momma schedule! So I joined! My goal is to continue to promise myself to do your plan thru the new year. Starting with the calendar, then start encorporating healthy meals…not only for me, but for my family. On my weekly to do list, I’ve added 5 boxes that I get to check once I finish. This feels SO good!
Wow what a great giveaway! My goal is to create an online product to sell and it sounds like powersheets would really help me to meet this goal and my others!
We just moved so my goal is to completely unpack by the end of the year! Can be hard with a toddler but I think it’s doable and would love to be more settled by the holidays.
My goal for the end of the year is to read at least 3 more books. I’ve surpassed my yearly goal but I don’t want to get out of the habit!
I just purchased my first home, and would like to get the kitchen rennovated in time for the holidays! Fingers crossed for a hopefully not super stressful process!
How exciting! My goal is to complete two small holiday crafts with my family that we’ve wanted to do together for years. At the end of the season we always shrug and say “maybe next year” instead of carving out ONE evening to get them done. May it happen THIS year!!
I signed up for an online nutrition course, and I would like to complete it by the end of the year.
I signed up for an online nutrition course, and I would like to complete it by the end of the year.
My goal would be to more consistent with an exercise routine and to try to make healthy eating choices through out the holidays.
One of my goals is to be more intentional with my time. More planning. I’m learning how to be a stay at home mom this year and feel that my day directs me, rather than me driving. I want to set time for working out, baby outings and time with other women. Thank you for allowing me to share!!
I have a goal of walking/running 2 miles 3x week and running a 5k by the end of the year. I am turning 59 in December and my goal is to run a 1/2 marathon by the time I’m 60!
Goal: integrating this year’s life changes (wedding/marriage, moving to a new state/changing jobs) and move forward with intention, kindness, and curiosity.
I would love to be able to see the sunrise every morning until the year ends, write down 3 things I am thankful for, and enjoy myself (& not be in a battle of comparison) while I’m on a cruise with my husband’s family.
Just joined! My goal is to maintain a consist 5/7 workout schedule for the last 2 months which will hopefully carry on and become a new habit.
My goal for the rest of this year is to get the house in order and prep for our new baby arriving in march! I find it hard enough to keep up the normal household duties and yet I need to organize/get rid of items which is challenging with a toddler!
Intentional time with my 3 daughters (one-on-one) and
find a realistic balance between nostalgia and clutter and begin to simplify/minimize our stuff…perhaps that is some of the intentional time my daughters and I can spend together. 🙂
My goal is to make movement my priority. I already know the benefits, but I often allow it to be the first thing that falls to the end of my to do list.
I have been working part time since May and my job may be going away in December. My 2019 goals include wanting to finish a book and try to get it published but to do that I really need to stay focused. I will also need to find another part time job. I’m so blessed to be able to spend time with my grandson (the reason I went to part time!). My heart is being rugged toward completely writing full time, but not sure it’s thecright time for our family so thankful for the sisterhood giving me an opportunity to refocus/recenter everyday!
After having my 3rd baby 4 months ago & having some back pain, my goal for the rest of the year is to exercise at least 3 times a week. This would benefit my health & be good self care. I plan to go for a walk or do a Pilates workout. Bring on a fitter & healthier life!
One goal I want to accomplish by the end of the year is to stop hitting snooze! It’s been a life-long habit, but I want to wake up and start my day with intention and less frazzled running around!
I turn 40 this year. I want to be the healthiest, strongest, and most full of energy version of myself! I haven’t worn a two piece bathing suit in decades. My goal is to rock one on my birthday!
My goal is to organize my home office. It has become a catch all. It causes me stress and frustration.
My goals for the year are to get moving more regularly (indoor exercise and outside adventures), to have less screen time, to read more books, and to be more present in my relationship. Oh, and finally pay off that line of credit!
My goal for the rest of the year is to be consistent in my Pilates practice and gain strength and flexibility. If I can reach my heels to the floor when in down dog I will have succeeded!
My goal is to continue to be consistent doing the daily workouts!
My goal for 2019 is to be truly, prayerfully intentional about everything that I do. To say yes when I can, so that we enjoy each day to the fullest. And to say a firm no, and think more about my family and our time together rather than what someone else thinks about me. Thank you, Robin, for being such a constant in my life!
My goal for the reminder of the year is to consistently meal plan (healthy meals) and to make sure to take time and enjoy the moments with my family. The end of the year get so busy and instead of focusing on what is next and what needs to be done – live in the moment.
I would love to get back on track with my self care and fitness goals of doing some activity at least three days a week.
To be intentional with my time. We all have the same hours in a day, and I feel like I make excuses as to why I don’t have the time for everything I want to achieve. Thank you for inspiring all of us!!
I want to host more people in our home! I’m learning more about opening my home spur of the moment even if there’s dirty dishes, toys, etc and that our house doesn’t have to look perfect to be welcoming. I want my home to be a safe place for people to rest and share their burdens with us.
I have 2 specific goals; 1 year after having 4 kids in 3 years = inprove my core and pelvic floor strength so I can start running without injuries and play with my kids
My 2nd goal has been to read the Bible in a year – so far I’m 1 week behind
My goal for the end of the year is to wrangle in the evenings that melt down into non-restful and non-productive distractions that could totally be managed if I were intentional about it, but exhaustion and past failures beat me down and I continue to live in an aweful habit of no habits.
I want to take advantage of my time with my kids, especially my 9th grade boy. Time goes by so fast.
My initial goals was going to be to lose 10kgs, but I realised that it’s not about the weight, what I really want is to be stronger ??
Honestly? I need to catch up on my photo albums!! I’m so behind and I need at least two books done by end of 2018!
Hi Robin! One goal I’d like to accomplish this year is to find a hobby. I spent a lot of this year studying for (and passing!) an exam for a certification for work. Now that I have more free time I want it to be meaningful. I don’t feel especially good at anything but I want to figure out what I can do that will be meaningful and enjoyable!
I would love to finish my kitchen update this year!
In this whirlwind that is my life the goal I plan to accomplish by the years end is to find a balance between my work which I love as I can help so many people, my home life with a husband I love, and me time for my health both mental and physical.
I would love to accomplish my goal of reading one book a month for the rest of the year. That will make it 12 months in a row, and more than I’ve read in a year since I was little!
I would like to start making more healthy meals for my family! We almost always cook and eat at home which is a start but I would like to find a rotation of easy, healthy meals to make.
I’d love to be more intentional with my kids- being present with them and not picking up my phone to scroll through social media.
My end of year goal is to complete my nursing exams with my head held high knowing I have done all I can. I want to give myself freedom from my own perfectionistic expectations and know my best is all I can do!
My goal is to engage in some form of exercise at least 15-30 minutes per day, six days a week, improve my diet to lower my cholesterol, and lose these last five stubborn pounds. I also have set a goal to spend an equal time in Bible study for spiritual growth as well as a few hours per week sewing or crafting. PowerSheets would certainly help me plan my time!
My goal is to do my daily pilates and to send my oldest off to college!
My goal is to make changes to my diet that are sustainable. I’d like to lose at least 10 pounds but healthy eating is the bigger hope. I also want to continue with Pilates that I started just one year ago this month. I’m thankful for the Sisterhood that makes daily consistency much easier.
My goal is to lose weight, eat healthier and feel better about myself. I just joined the sisterhood and hope you can help me reach my goals.
My goal by the end of the year is to stop trying to punish my body and start trying to fuel and celebrate all my body has done for me! I want to take it on long walks with my two furry lovable dogs, give it the fuel it needs, and rest when it asks me.
My goal is to get back into Pilates and be more intentional with my food choices! I’m in the last week of my first trimester with my 6th baby! I’ve been feeling so wiped out that I’ve back-burnered self-care. Now that I’m feeling better again, I’m anxious to get back into excercising and taking care of me.
My goal is Pilates 5 days a week for the rest of the year!
My goal is to continue exercising regularly throughout my pregnancy, so I don’t feel so crummy those last couple months.
My goal for the remainder of year is to declutter my home. I am going to be working full time in the early part of the new year so I want to get it done while I have the time.
My goal is to consistently treat my body like the temple that it is so that I can care for my family! I don’t want a perfect self care routine—just a more intentional one!
One goal I have for the end of this year is to do a complete month of Pilates workouts! I’ve been a member for close to a year now and can tell a HUGE difference when I continually do each workout but always resort back to not having enough time or saying “I’ll do it Tomorrow” I want to make my health and exercise a habit!
I would love to make more time to take care of myself, especially in the area of regular exercise. Not only will I be a stronger, healthier mom, I will also be a great role model to my daughters.
My goal before the end of the year is to make time for me. Actually make my health and fitness a priority for me. I want to get use of my membership by doing at least a 15 minute workout most days. Right now, it’s just a donation. Lol. I’m 54 and it’s time to get myself together. I’ve spent my life doing what everyone else wants. Heck, I’d really have to think of hopes and dreams and goals. I don’t think I even know what they are. So, perhaps those powersheets are just what I need.
My biggest goal is to get my current house ready to sell by spring.
My goal before the end of the year is to attend a Doula Workshop and start the certification process!
My goal is to workout every day. I include my walks/bike rides with my kids in working out. It makes me such a better person when I do and allows me to be the best me each and every day. Lately I’ve been missing one day a week and I notice a big difference in how I feel.
One of my goals for 2019 is to build strength and stamina to fully enjoy a trip exploring Italy with my husband to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary.
My goal is to start waking up 30 minutes earlier to have some time to myself and get a workout in most days. I just joined the Sisterhood!
Hi. By the end of the year I’d like to have completed decluttering and organizing of at least three areas in my home, which will be the start of a very large task of whole-home decluttering and organizing. This has been on my list for at least two years. I get started, do a little, then get off track. I need to find something that will help me stay on task and organized, with a nice reward when my goal is met. 🙂
My goal is to be healthier (by doing Pilates and walking daily, and focusing on eating healthy unprocessed foods) so that I can get pregnant!
I lost my sister in April after a long courageous fight against breast cancer, I knocked me down. I came across the Balanced Life and so glad I did! My goal is to celebrate life and continue the morning Pilates routine which sets me up for a great day!
My goal is to be more intentional with each day. I have a habit of living in survival mode, and I know that is no way to enjoy life. I am a million times more likely to live in the present and have joy in the present if I’m intentional with my planning.
Hi! I’m Catherine. I have heard ofara Casey’s powersheets and have REALLY been wanting to try them! I would love to finish my book proposal and land a publisher! I am a first time author. I’ve written a book about how the Lird has shown me His goodness in the mudst of intense suffering. I am excited about this powersheet opportunity, thank you!
My goal for this year is to get to bed at a regular, and not too late bedtime during Advent.
I often find myself way busier than I wish during the holidays and want to be more intentional to do less and be present more.
My goal is to continue doing Pilates workouts on a consistent schedule but to wake up earlier and start my morning with Pilates and meditation! Followed by a good healthy and filling breakfast!
I also hope to pass my NCIDQ exam to become a licensed interior designer! Which I have a goal to study every weekend for a couple of hours! Trying to advance my health and career- a balanced life !:)
One goal for the before the end of the year is to plan ahead to invite people over for meals and fellowship. For years I’ve wanted to host a Christmas caroling party in our neighborhood and this may finally be the year to follow through with that plan!
That sounds so nice.
I’m so happy to be a part of The Balanced Life! I have tried a couple of the challenges and really like how you show how to do each exercise. My goal for this year is to take better care of myself with making Pilates a part of my life.
My goal for myself this year is to lose the rest of weight from my twin pregnancy! I have many other personal goals for myself and my family for this year too! But in general I’d like to work on making myself feel better so I can be my best self for my family!
I’d like to keep decluttering, especially my kids toys! I’d also like to find a eating plan that works for me. I do well with strict rules and whole 30, but I want food freedom too!! I just want to lose some weight and not feel tied to food!
I’d like to end the year being more organized than I started. Even if it is just a plan to dedicate one hour a week to cleaning up and sorting through things. I want to start 2019 fresh and ready (or at least on my way to it!)
By the end of this year if like to be in the routine of getting up and going to bed at the same time each day!! Thanks for the challenge. I’d love to win!!
I would like to get a quilt that I started finished. That means that I allow myself to take time for myself – to create, to exercise, and to do a Bible study.
I’m currently away from home on bedrest with my third baby but so happy I’ve made it this far at 34weeks! I run my own safer beauty business and home with the family so my goal for the rest of the year is to be intentional with the time I’ve given, enjoy newborn snuggles and to get back to a healthy lifestyle. I want to serve my family, and clients well with joy and grace while being lead and not driven by my goals.
What an amazing giveaway- I have so many goals! My biggest would be to develop and maintain an exercise routine of Pilates at least five days a week and be well in my way of being fit by my fortieth birthday in February.
To find balance between being a mom, cleaning the house, working, making healthy meals, working out, running the kids to activities, etc… etc…. to find the peace in all of this. ??♀️
A goal for the rest of the year I’d like to not just accomplish but actively be more patient and present with my family. Especially with the holidays coming, everything just goes by so fast! Memories last a lifetime 🙂
My goal for 2019 is to learn to like and even love myself again! This includes my less than perfect body. The truth is I have loathed my body and felt betrayed by it since experiencing major trauma with the pregnancies and births of my three children. I am dealing with PTSD, depression, and despair over the things my babies and I have gone through. I’m trying to take my power back, own my body, and learn to really live in it again. Discovering Pilates, Robin, the Sisterhood, and making healthy goals has given me hope.
This year my goal is find balance between kids, kids sports, husband, work, and self care for myself. The past few months my health became an issue and I realized that I was not taking care of myself and not enjoying my family with all of the “to-do’s.” I am working hard to prioritize and retrainmy mind on what is really important and what I must learn to say no to.
I have a goal to develop a regular habit of writing, including keeping a daily journal.
To complete coursework for a certification I’ve been working on for 3 years! And I’d like to start running again.
I am a homeschooling mama of 3, and as much as I love it, I’ve found it very difficult to work in time to keep a consistent exercise routine. I keep thinking 3 days a week would be a fabulous start – Balanced Life is certainly inspiring and so gracious. I keep trying, and I will get there!
My goal is to get back into an exercise routine after the birth of my twins and keeping up to my 2 older daughters!
My goal is to intentionally make time each day to care for myself. If I can take care of everyone else all day a little time set aside for me isn’t too much to ask- but it’s taken years to realize this!
My biggest goal is to prioritize regular Bible reading and study.
My goal is to have my first baby by the end of the year (due Nov 16th!), and to accept this new role with grace and faith with all the unknown we have in store. I have been longing to find my abs again, to roll on my back, bend over, and surf! I hope to surf again by Christmas. My meditation for the rest of this season (of pregnancy) and maybe into new motherhood is to “surrender my expectation and trust the process” – thank you for these words 😉
My goal for the rest of the year is to try and find a healthy balance between being a full time graduate student, working part-time, spending time with my family and friends, and of course exercising regularly.
My goal is to take better care of myself and focus on self-care. Having 4 young children keeps me so busy, but I feel so much better when I take the time to care for myself, too.
My husband is in medical school (ie: BUSY!!) and we have 3 small kids. I’m in charge of basically everything. Schedules, school needs, appointments, shopping, finances, bills, budgets, house maintenance, cooking, cleaning, etc. I would love and welcome these tools to support our family and my responsibilities during this crazy season ❤️. The sisterhood has been such a blessing to me the last 6 months, I’m so grateful to have found it. It provides much needed self care and balance in my life, thank you so much!!
I forgot to put my goal! (This goes with my other comment) My goal is to find balance and grace with all of the things i am juggling 🙂 and to keep doing my daily Pilates!
My goals would be more routine for my family after this year being crazy with my husband going from a full and part time job to both of us working part time and him in full time school. As well as being intentional about putting money in savings again. I am also currently working on reading through the whole Bible which I’ve never done.
By the end of the year, I would like to have done at least one month straight of Pilates (on track now- 15 days in a row!). Even better, every day of the rest of the year would be amazing!
One goal I’d love to accomplish by the end of the year is to get our Living Trust in place. There are so many little bits and pieces that require foot work and I have been putting it off for almost 2 years.
My goal is to start each month with new intention, accepting the ups and downs of the past and giving myself a fresh start.
The #1 goal I want to accomplish this year is finding joy in my current job or transitioning to a job where I can find that joy.
My goal is to walk more and drive less. We live in a place where we truly don’t need a car but often use it out of convenience.
Simply put, to create more balance in my life.
One goal- to conquer the clutter and paper piles on my kitchen counter!
To declutter EVERY space in our home as we transition into our full-time RV life when we hit the road next spring.
My goal is consistently look for ways to encourage those around me, whether known or unknown to me.
My goal for this year is to move my body more! Just getting in the habit of doing something everyday and working up to more intense workouts later!
I would like to stay consistent with my TBL workouts and find new fun things to do with my kids around the house during the day!
Truthfully, I’d love to lose some postpartum weight. I had my second babe a few days before Christmas last year and add to that, I had about 10 leftover pounds from my first kiddo. I don’t weigh myself often and, honestly, could care less about the “number” on the scale, but I’d like my body to feel better/healthier overall and I wouldn’t mind getting back into my pre-pregnancy clothes—even if all I wear is leggings and sports bras 😉 And I know my body performs best, in all ways, when I’m a bit lighter. I’ve been in no rush to lose the weight, but now that I’m nearer to the end of nursing, I know I’ve got to switch things up in order to really see results…because nothing changes if nothing changes 🙂
My goal is to launch my business and turn a profit ??
My goal for the end of 2018 is to learn how to have a healthier routine so that I can get my body healthy and really commit to and start my weight loss journey.
My goal for the rest of the year is to get to bed earlier and have a consistent wind-down routine, so I can start my mornings with less stress and more time for me, my coffee, and my new TBL pilates routine!
My one goal would be to pay of my debt, student loans and credit cards.
My goal is to crest a little more “me” time! It’s tough getting that in with little ones! For me that looks like more journaling, prayer and reading. (I have one of Lara Casey’s devotionals and I am trying to do that daily!)
As a full time teacher, wife and mother of two boys—I am always the last person I take care of. My goal is to plan a two night getaway all by myself. I want to rest, pray, spend time alone and find a renewed passion in my life.
My number one goal is paying off as much debt on our vehicle and saving as much money as possible to make it possible for my husband to get a new job where he can be home every night and weekend! He’s had an out of town job for 5 years and this mama is ready for him to be home!!
My friend just recently introduced me to power sheets and I’m excited to start using them in 2019! One of my biggest goals before the end of the year is to take my Marriage and Family Therapy licensing exam after finally completing my 3000 hours. It’s been a long journey and I’m so excited to be at this stage especially after slowing down to have my 2 boys in these past couple of years.
We’ve had a lot of huge life transitions over the last couple of years so my goal is to settle in. Finish unpacking, create some new routines, find new running trails and start to feel like we’re finally home.
My goal for 2017 was to become a mom and our first baby is due December 1st! So I’d say my end of the year goal is to survive this pregnancy and the start of a new chapter in motherhood with grace over guilt. A year membership to TBL would be an amazing blessing for 2019!
My goal for 2018!*** oops 😉
My life is crazy busy (although I don’t have twins:) ) and I tend to start a good routine of exercise, but never manage to stay consistent. My goal is to start a routine of exercise that is reasonable for me and to stay consistent with it.
My goal for the year is to improve my fitness with Pilates and some cardio so that I can be more active. I want to go on pilgrimage next year.
I’d like to really practice more of what I too preach of living life in balance. That’s balance in all aspects of my life including going back to meditating daily which always benefits me!
To get back into the kitchen and master the goal I set earlier in the year (for which I treated myself to clear glass food storage tubs) – to crack the mealplanning aka save time, money, be kinder to the environment and stop feeding my son pancakes for dinner most nights…..
My goal is to learn to cook delicious vegetables. I am a poor veggie chef, and would love to get better at this. I know it would benefit my family so much!
My goal is to loose my baby weight
I gave myself a year to do it. I have only 20 lbs to go. That and to make more time for myself.
My goal is confidence. “I will not be ruled by fear”. That’s been my motto for the past few months. I switched to a new career this year and it’s been challenging.
It’s my intention to do the right thing rather than the good thing. Since retiring early my life has been so hectic doing things that have left me tired and weary. I am going to be intentional in how my time is managed. Also my intention is to spend more time with my husband and family.
I would like to complete my masters in family law while still continuing to teach yoga and hopefully become a mom…. exciting times ahead and I can’t wait to get started… its a lot to balance but I hope these prizes will make it that much easier to manage time and attain my goals ?
I’m working on my “side hustle”be to have additional income that we can invest in a 529 forour son
My goal is to give myself the time, grace, encouragement and love that I give to all the other important people in my life – I deserve my own kindness!
I am consciously working towards moving to a 4 day work week. I want to do more of the things that bring me joy and rebalance my life. I don’t have kids so people find going part time a funny concept, but I know it’s right for me 🙂
My goal for the year – to be healthy: in mind, body, and spirit. Not only do I want this goal for myself but want it for my family too.
The end of the year is soooooo close!! Simple goal…. get outside and enjoy nature every single day in any way shape or form???(this is with my kids and hubby too)
My goal for the rest of this year is goal related- to make time to stop and really reevaluate and drill down into my “goals” and become intentional about what I really want to achieve rather than having 100 goals all pulling me in different directions! I think stopping to find a bit of clarity and focus after a hard year is going to make a big difference going into 2019.
I feel like there is something else out there for me to do, having worked in large, global, corporate organisations for many years, I used to work as a freelance IT Trainer. My goal for this year was determined by completing the book My Best Year Yet and it has helped me to realise my current state for the last three years. I struggle to maintain a focus and to stick to my goals feeling selfish if I do so. I’d like to be able to do this without feeling selfish, take my own advice and find something for me!
My 2019 goal is to be more confident in my self and my abilities to complete opening my own private practice. Also to become stronger both mentally and physically!
My goal is to focus on healthy choices balanced with enjoying not so healthy things during the holidays. I usually go all out when I eat less healthy things, so my goal is to have more healthy on the plate than unhealthy 🙂
Hello! Thank you for offering this giveaway! I have hypothyroidism and struggle with having the energy to workout during the week. I love the 15 minute offerings that are very much doable in my hectic schedule and a nursing director, wife and mother.
Many times we start out strong with a new goal or endeavor, only to loose steam a few weeks in or start letting the excuses take over and talk us out of taking action. My goal is to maintain my workouts 4-5 days a week, listening to my body and what it is saying to me, and never giving up on my goal of better health and wellness. Thank you Robin and this sisterhood for your support and your motivation.
I’ve started revamping our dining chairs and part way through one of 6 so far. so my goal is to finish them before the end of the year!
I’d like to establish good sleep/regular morning time routine to feel healthier and more refreshed.
I would like to get back in touch with my own needs, desires and dreams…now that we have 2 kids it has been my main focus but I know that I also need to focus more on myself to be able to be the best mom, wife, friend, etc
I am new to the Sisterhood and I am really looking to connect heart, mind, and body through pilates and goal planning. The older I get I have a tendency to be more scattered in my thinking and intentions and next thing you know I am off track. Having a planning system with goals written in place will help me focus on the heart, mind, and body and keep in touch with healthy living as a way of life and stop the crazy cycle of walking around without intention and purpose. Since I’ve joined the Sisterhood I’m loving Robin’s soft voice and touch in the pilates workouts. She is exactly what I’ve been looking for!
Wendy
This giveaway would mean so much to me. I have fibromyalgia and when I do your Pilates Challenge, I feel so much better. I’ve not joined the sisterhood because I don’t seem to ever keep a commitment. My goal is to loose 20 pounds this coming year, tone up, limber up, and to have better posture. I am 55 and have been somewhat hunchbacked since grade school. This planner would hopefully help me stay on track, meet my goals and a membership would hold me accountable. Thank you for all you do for us who are trying to get healthy. You are an inspiration.
I am going to set a goal to workout every day and meditate every day.
My goal for these next few months is to eat healthy and balanced through the holidays as well as keep up with my daily Pilates and walking. The Sisterhood has already helped me a lot in these but I want to keep growing in them! I’m pregnant with my third and want to keep healthy and not throw in the towel and create lazy habits.
I am going to focus on better wellbeing by starting with a workout and meditation every day.
My goal is to actually set goals for the coming year, to be intentional and not just make mental notes of what would be nice to do without specifying a plan to achieve those goals.
My goal for 2019 is to stay strong on my journey to wellness, weight loss and strength through diet modification, Pilates, and planning an intentional life.
My goal is to start working out again once my 4th trimester is done.
Wow what an awesome giveaway! Thank y’all! One goal I would like to accomplish by the end of the year is to pass my Educational Diagnostician certification test! ?
My goal is to prioritize making healthy choices in order to honor the Lord.
My goal this year is to establish a strong morning routine. My husband is a police officer so I schedule is unpredidictable. Having a balanced routine I hope will help keep me physically and mentally regulated and stable. I would like to incorporate Pilates into my morning routine along with personal development and a sit down breakfast. I would also like to reboot my weight training and limited screen time at night.
My goals it to have a healthy balance (teeter totter) of fitness, food and faith; not just for myself but my entire family!!
My main goal is to establish a routine to help me prioritize and organize my crazy, chaotic life as a full time (out of the house) working momma with 14 month old twins. I’d love to be able to slow down, calm down and enjoy all the little things instead of rushing and worrying about what’s next!
My goal is to stop being so critical with myself and others. I would like to train myself to stop thinking negatively and see the positivity in everything. I will also like to write a book.
I’d like to knit my first sweater like I’ve wanted to for the past 2 years!
My goal is to make a plan to quit my job. Yes! It’s time for some renewal and then real change. I don’t know what that all looks like yet, but looking forward to less stress and more time for friends, family, and Jesus.
My goal for the end of the year is to be kinder to myself when I don’t accomplish all the things that I had planned to do each day, week, month. I would like to be able to improvise with ease on my harp and of course to do smooth, flowing roll ups ?
I’m definitely not the lucky one. However this is the first time in my whole life I have taken courage to step out from my rotten self. I have been living my whole life with regrets, self pity and self hatred. I want to make changes to start loving myself, feeling fit, stronger.and happy. By God grace, this place is where I have found to take courage. Thank you.
I’d like to practice mindful meditation 2-3 times per week whether it be in an organized class or setting my intentions and mediating at home. I’ve been doing at least 1 time per week and striving for more.
My goal for the end of the year is to keep up the morning exercise routine I have finally found and not abandon it with all of the chaos of the holidays.
My goal: lose 40 pounds through Pilates, stress relief and healthy eating (making at least 1 Sisterhood recipe a week!)
My goal is to be consistently meal planning and prep prior to the week starting. If I don’t get a firm habit in place, I will not move forward in eating healthier.
My goal for 2018 is to return my focus to my health and wellness. I am an newly empty nester and I am trying to find my way back to myself !! This give away would really be an effective tool to accelerate this process !
My goal is ultimately to change careers; smaller steps towards this goal are to start a blog and/or social media feed related to new career!
I want to find a new job! My husband lost his job as a pastor after 22 years in June 2017. We are in our 50s and are working part-time. I would love to find full-time employment that allows him to partially retire as he worked for all those years while I was a stay at home mom.
My goal is to work out at least 6 times a week without exception.
P.S. I love that you are cooperating with #cultivatewhatmatters – your membership and Powersheets are both on my wish list!
My goals are to be consistent with my workouts when things get busier around the holidays, and to find manageable ways to improve my diet.
My goal is to sleep better and workout consistently. And for me, I think these go hand in hand, when I’m not getting enough sleep I’m way less motivated to workout, but when I’m working out I’m also sleeping better!
My goal is to get back my self motivated productivity. With all my kids in school for the first time, and no one needing to eat right away or be wiped or be kept on a schedule really opens up my options. But I’m struggling to fill my time with things I choose, I’m so used to being bossed around and having my options dictate to me. Its far more challenging to return to self motivated productivity than I would’ve thought.
Thanks Robs!
I have two goals, one is entirely financial. We have some uncertainty as to the future and have decided to do our best to become debt free. First goal is pay car off by end of year, then house by next year- this frees us up to truly live our lives without fear! Second, I tend to neglect myself in high stress seasons, so regular exercise and paced breathing. Every day. That’s my goal- do something. What a wonderful giveaway! Someone will be very blessed!
My goal for this year is to strengthen and prepare for my second hip surgery. The first one recovered nicely thanks to Pilates!
Thanks for this generous opportunity! After 15 years living as an expat, we are preparing to move from Kenya back to Canada in June 2019. This is a major logistical endeavour! My goal is to be well organized so that the last months/weeks are spent with people rather than stuff, on gathering memories instead of frantically stuffing things into bags down to the last minute. I’m using workouts with Robin to offset the stress of transition and farewells and the rebuilding of life on the other side.
Exercise every day for at least 15 minutes. Trying the Sisterhood for this month and I hope to win the year membership to help with this goal.
Love being part of this group! Every day brings a great workout and positive support from all the sisterhood! Thank you!
My goal for the rest of the year is to spend the first 15-30 minutes of my morning EVERYDAY with a God. Hoping through prayer and reflection and will start each day more productive and gracious.
One goal I am working on for Nov is a negative free challenge with my husband. We will be attempting to go the whole month without being negative at all around each other! This is part of a bigger goal that we have to improve our marriage.
My goal for the year is to develop a more positive mindset.
My goal is to remember that I cannot make someone empowered. They HAVE to do it themselves. I can only guide.
I’d like to finally get moving on writing a novel. It’s been my dream for years but I keep letting life get in the way.
My goal is to finish the year off strong nutrition-wise just as I did at the beginning of the year. And not let the ups and downs of it get to me.
I’m expecting a baby in a few days, so my goals for the next year are to get back to pre-baby shape & to convert my older boys’ playroom into a baby playroom. And to run a half marathon—I’ve run at least one every year for the past 6 years.
My goal is to lessen distractions and prioritize what’s really important….taking better care of myself and focused time with my family.
My goal is to get back into the habit to spend time alone everyday with God. It makes a HUGE difference for me when I have that time, but after my 4th child I have been so tired and sleep deprived that I haven’t started back into it.
Nice one ?
I would love to feel like I have accomplished something worthwhile and grow in my self-confidence & faith.
My goal is simply more stillness, less stress!
My goal is to meal plan. I want to save money and feed my family real foods!
My goal is to take 20-30 minutes for myself everyday for Pilates and stretching. With 4 children 4 and under it’s hard to make that happen some days, but it makes me feel so great about myself and improves my mindset when I do take the time for myself.
After 6 grueling years of infertility treatments and losses, I’m a new mom. I need to find a way to take care of myself and heal my body from all the trauma it’s been through. I do t know how to take care of myself yet—I haven’t found the balance. But I must.
I’d like to accomplish consistency with fitness (Yay, monthly calendar) and eating in a more healthy way. I am turning 50 on the 4th, (eeks) and want this next phase of life to have purpose and joy!
I hope to turn 40, feeling like I am strong both physically (pilates and gut repair), mentally (gratitiude & patience), and spiritually (daily supplications), finding a good, organized balance between consistent self care and care of my 5 homeschooled children.
My goal is to declutter every room in my house and establish routines to keep our house a clean, grace-filled haven where family & friends feel loved and welcome and meaningful connections are made.
Implement a consistent morning routine that includes meditation and journaling.
Recently I left a job that was awful. In fact, I called it the soul-sucking job. During that time my mind turned to mush and my already not so great health habits worsened. I did Pilates with The Balanced Life for then first time last fall. I happened upon one of Robin’s YouTube videos. I did a free challenge in February and joined the sisterhood in March. I also started a new job in April. I love it, but it requires me to be very organized. Normally, I am very good at organization, but it is taking me a long time to shake the effects of the old job. So, for 2019, I want to regain that part of my mind that is struggling to rebound and work on better health habits both mentally and physically. Thanks!!!
I love my PowerSheets! I’m excited to end the year strong by reaching our emergency fund savings goals… a long time coming in our little-by-little financial progress. (Wellness is big on the list, too, especially for 2019!) ❤️
Hi I found it! Never wrote on a blog before.
I love to loose some weigh and eat healthy! I suffer from hypothyroidism so is difficult to loose weigh. I hope ? I win!
By the end of the year my goal is to pay off our credit card debt.
My goal for the end of the year is for my daughter to see her mum as someone who enjoys exercising every day, even if just for 15 minutes, and who loves her body whatever size it is. If I can become that role model for her, I will achieve my goal. ??
My goals include exercising more regularly, giving up aiming for perfection, taking time to notice the little by little progress adding up and also taking time to notice and be grateful for what I have.
I LOVE this giveaway! My goals are to be more intentional with my time, pay off my new car, get pregnant with baby #2 (and take great care of my body while I am pregnant), go To Disney with my boys, and work enough hours that I can have a maternity leave without worry! Cheers to 2019!!!
After having my third daughter 2 months ago, I’d really like to get my core strong again as having 3 pregnancies has taken its toll
I love signing up for your challenges. My sisters and I do them together and encourage or hassle each other and push to get it done!! I do go to 3 fitness classes every week and end up doing the balanced life in addition to that. I have 4 children (all boys) and 2 grandchildren (boys). Its the only recipe we had I guess . My goal is to get out walking on every day that I dont go to the gym even if it’s for 20 minutes or half an hour. I’m in Canada so the exchange rate kills us a bit for me signing up with the balanced life but i imagine it would be as awesome as you Robin. Thanks for sharing your time with us. Denise p.s. your babies are adorable!!
I would love to get better at guitar, read more, and finish reading my Bible!
Just one goal? Strengthen my mind and body with more frequent exercise. And can I also add…finish hangin up art and frames around the house!!! I’ve lived in it for TWO years! Ugh ?
Boy do I need those power sheets!
Thanks for doing a giveaway Robin!
My goals is to start speaking English in my instagram.
Hi!! How great is THIS challenge!!
My goal for the rest of 2018 was actually set Monday when I began a Tiny Hanits Challenge. I have anchored a few behaviors to making my morning coffee — filling my water bottle, getting out my Pilates mat, and getting out my “egg pan” to make breakfast (I tend to skip). These habits help me toward meeting some morning routine Goals i have had but not been consistent with — water, daily movement, and healthy breakfast! My goal is to stay consistent with these tiny habits anchors and to build on them throughout the remainder of the year!!
I’d like to spend at least 10 minutes each day on Pilates and be intentional about eating healthy. I’m excited for how little by little I can live a healthier life in 2019, so that I can give my best while serving others.
My goal for the rest of the year is consistency. I so really well for a while and then I fall off the wagon! I did Summer Sculpt this year with greet results. Then in October I went on vacation. I didn’t get regular workouts and now that I’m home I’m still eating like I’m on vacation! ??♀️ I so want to lose this all or none mentality!!
My ultimate goal is to have a baby! Currently on our second round of IUI… our first resulted in a chemical pregnancy.
My other goal is to become grounded by making and sticking to a plan for a healthy and happy lifestyle that isn’t all focused on fertility treatments.
My goal is to eat breakfast everyday!
my goal is to log my goals so I have a source of encouragement to myself for my crazy life. need discipline!
One thing I would like to do by the end of the year is to figure out what’s going on with my health and start taking steps to get it under control.
I’ve had to make some medical dietary changes. Before the end of the year, I’d like to have tried enough recipes to have created a list of meals that my family likes that adhere to my new nutritional requirements.
My goal is 15 minutes of exercise 5 days/week consistently for 3 weeks 🙂
I can’t believe 2019 is almost here! Eek! We will be moving in December to a new town, new house, new everything, so my goal for the new year is to organize our house the way I want it and to find a way that flows, to branch out and get involved in the new community and meet people and to find a new routine for our this adventure which will finally include my husband more due to his new work schedule and less obligations outside of the home!
I’d love to finish my drawing training and continue learning how to become a freelance graphic designer!
My goal for this year is to meal plan more and eat out less. This planner giveaway looks amazing!
I feel like I have made great progress on my health goals In the past year with thr encouragement of the Balanced Life. Next I am looking forward to beginning to plan and organize myself. . I love that I have learned that little changes and giving grace to myself will get the job done. So, it is time to start making plans instead of just reacting to problems. I always thought this way of life was flexible and more relaxed but I believe that I am not using my time as I would choose to best to use it. Use some time to set goals and make a plan to make progress.
I can do this!

I can do this!
My goal is to do a pull up! I used to have carpal tunnel syndrome and had a lot of wrist and neck pain. Back in 2014, I ‘accidentally’ discovered that going to the gym and lifting weights and made my symptoms disappear. Now I would love to take the next step in my health journey, step away from the gym and do more exercise that I enjoy (like Pilates), so I want to learn to do pull ups to keep my upper body strong and symptom-free. 🙂
I’d love to organize all of our “memories.” Finally come up with a system for photos, kid’s artwork, papers from their schools, etc. I’ve let is go for quite some time so at this point it’s a big project I have to chip away at.
Now that my little one is out of the newborn phase, I want to start building routines. I especially want to build a self-care routine that includes exercise and mindfulness. My life seasons are constantly shifting, and I want to have a strong foundation of grace and self-care so I can be physically and mentally strong for my important roles as a wife and mom.
My goal is to create a photo album for each year my husband and I have been married- so starting with 2012 and working my way to this year! We just had our first baby, so I want to create a system I can keep up with for future years as well. Something simple – but memorable!
Nursing a broken foot that could (according to the doctor) take most of the rest of the year to heal. My goal is to look through the work-out library finding every work-out that targets the upper body without me having to place any weight on my foot. Then I’ll be able to continue my health ‘n wellness journey with The Balanced Life even with a broken foot!
I’d love to start (and hopefully finish) photo books for each of my kids for each year of their life by the end of the year. I only have two kids and they’re only three years old (twins), but it seems like a daunting task with iPhones full of thousands of pictures to sort through! Looooove being part of the sisterhood so if I won I’d give the membership to my friend. But I’m realizing how much I’ve accomplished with the TBL support, so I’m inspired to set more goals in other areas of my life. Powersheets have been coming at me from so many people so I’m very curious to try them!!! Pick me! Pick me! I want 2019 to be a game-changer with Powersheets & an accountability buddy in TBL sisterhood!
My word for the year has been FIT-physically, spiritually, ang in my soul. I’m finishing this year off with a half marathon on Sunday as part of this journey!
I have committed to daily Pilates and have been successful for over 230 days. I now believe in myself, thanks to Robin and The Sisterhood, and am committed to simplifying my life by decluttering every part of my home and life. In 2019 I am intending to systematically work through this process.
My goal is to stay in tune with my body and give it what it needs the most! Rest when I need it, dance when I feel it, eat when I’m hungry…
My goal for the next two month is to lower my cholesterol and blood sugar by planning meals that are nutritious and healthy and also exercise more consistently by walking and doing Pilates.
I’d like to pass my first CPA exam!
My goal is getting healthy after almost 18 years of being overweight. My journey to lost weight to healthy weight range and continue workout to help me feel good and stronger. Hope to win this as much i love get support my healthy and wellness journey.
I would like to build exercise into my daily routine as a form of self care!
I am a full time HS teacher and I run a small pottery business on the side as well. My goal for 2019 is to do both while not sacrificing my health (like I have in this year!)
One of my goals is to be more deliberate and structured with my time, which will provide more opportunities for good experiences and accomplishments through each day. I need to strengthen and improve my time management skills/routine/“what I do.” This will mean more quality time with my son and more enjoyable evenings with my husband when he returns home from work. Just a little bit better scheduling and foresight into what I should aim for or what is too much to aim for each day will help. I can’t imagine all of the assistance and guidance that comes with being in the Sisterhood.
My goal AFTER my fitness and health goals is t 23rd 4o love stronger, and to remember I’m not here to be average – I’m here to be awesome!
As I enter my third trimester, my goal is to finish this pregnancy with a healthy body and a healthy mind. This includes: doing Pilates daily, planning my weekly meals so I make sure I eat right, preparing for baby’s arrival, and finding time for self care.
I just finished reading “Girl Was Your Face” and her words about stop breaking promises to yourself rang so true to me. My goal going forward is to stop breaking promises to myself
My goal for this year is to make myself a priority. I’m working on creating a better balance between work, home and making sure that self-care is added in on a regular basis.
I’d like to reduce the amount of sugar I eat and declutter my bedroom!
Hello, all! My goal for this year is to be better at time management. I am self-employed and involved with different ministries at my church. I often struggle at using all my time in a week productively. I haven’t set goals in years, even though I’m definitely a list follower and need that inspiration. Hoping to set aside time the next couple of weeks to plan out a weekly schedule and daily/weekly/monthly goals!
I want to finish the year strong, and not miss more than 3 workouts between now and Dec 31st! I can DO this!!
My goal for next year is to continue exercising and get a stronger core. I had foot surgery a couple of years ago and then broke my wrist just as I was recovery from the surgery. It has been a long road back…but I am hoping to get even stronger than before 🙂
My goal before the end of the year is to complete the 21 DOP. I’ve been really falling behind on workouts and I think this will be a good reset for me. Also, I want to lose 34 pounds before the end of the year. I’m already down 11.2 pounds from starting in September, so I think I can do it! 🙂
My goal is to listen to my own wisdom more and to find a new job that excites and challenges me. To work on my meditation practice and improve my eating habits. Thanks for the opportunity!
Hi there!! I, too, am new to your blog and I am a relatively new trail runner. I did my first couch to 5k the summer of 2017, hit the trails that fall and have been hooked ever since. (One of my trail running girlfriends is a big fan of your Pilates videos, which is how I arrived here!) I am registered for a 25k at the end of December 2018, and if I complete that, who knows what’s possible? So my goal for 2019 is to push the limits and attempt a trail marathon – to run farther than feels possible because I’m grateful that I can run at all.
I’m wrapping up my MBA (while working FT) in the next month with a non standard class schedule over the weekends….I’m excited to have my week-nights back – and be able to fit in at least 4 (stretch goal of 5) workouts per week again!! My goal is to hit 4 each week from now until Christmas.
I have started writing again after procrastinating for a number of years and my goal is to intentionally sit down to write at least one page every day from now until the end of the year.
My goal is to exercise 4x a time and be mindful of what I am eating.
4x a week…..
My goal by the end of the year is to get back to a routine that works for me. I do good for a few days then loose motivation or want to sleep in and never get back to doing what needs done.
My goal for 2018 was to read 50 books by the end of the year. I need to finish 12 of them in the next two months.
My goal is to make the time to intentionally turn the tv off, put the phone away, and immerse myself into some great books before the end of the year!
My goal is to be prepared for Christmas, be thoughtful in the gifts I give and be on time with posting the cards.
Goals: in my professional life, I have a significant decision to make and my goal is to do so before Thanksgiving.
In my personal life, my goal is to get out there and start dating again while still being the best Mom I can be for my teenagers.
In my Pilates life, my goal is to master the roll-up.
I’ve tried implementing a morning routine in the last month or so. I’m not very consistent yet, but I’d love to have that down by the end of next year! I also have a goal of paying off the remainder of our student loans by spring (which sounds crazy), so that we can start saving for my husband to go to seminary next fall. It will take some intentional planning and saving for sure!
I would like to lose 15 pounds as well as improve my health and tone my body.
My fitness goal is to be more consistent with Pilates workouts. I am really good at getting walks in 5-6 days a week in the morning(about 2.5 miles a day) but tend to wait until later in the day to do Pilates and that’s when it it can get put to the side more often. I do have an accountability buddy who encourages me, so that helps!
Work – I teach online at multiple colleges (4 to be exact). I always need to be more organized. I feel I do a pretty good job but I tend to remember something that needs to be done while I am in the middle of another task and then get side tracked. I do write things down, but there are a lot of details to remember at each school.
I would LOVE to win the goal planner and other awesome goodies to help me with these areas of my life!
Get back into a solid workout and healthy eating routine so I can get my energy back and my fibromyalgia under control and be more productive…thats not too much to ask right? Lol
Love this! My goal to end this year is to stay consistent with both healthy eating and exercising! I struggle through the holiday season sticking to smart food choices and consistent exercising so I want to stick through that and not let 2 holidays throw me off for the next two months!
My goal is to develop a new attitude toward exercise and gradually make it a consistent part of my daily routine. I want to learn to look forward to it and view it as a way to get stronger and healthier and a way to take care of myself so that I can be more active with my kids and take better care of my family long term. I want to shift away from seeing it as almost a punishment for gaining weight while having my 3 kiddos. I’m new to the Sisterhood and I’m so excited for the possibilities it’s already shown me!! I love the grace over guilt motto!!
Ahh!!! So very fun! ? Tell Lara thank you! Thank you, too! I’m brand new to the Sisterhood and actually discovered you through your featured interview with CWM.
The Powersheets launch has had me thinking about goal setting a lot, and when I attempted open leg rockers in one of your workouts recently, mastering the exercise instantly became a goal for 2019. I can’t even get on leg all the way straight right now!
*one, not on ?
I want to reevaluate our budget and spending, and get back to using cash envelopes and operating out of our budget well!
I intend to complete a rough draft of my book…and maintain a daily pilates habit, of course:-)
To Stop, Look & Listen & Enjoy These Precious Few Moments & Holidays These Next Few Quickly Passing Months. To Be Intentional With My Conversations, Relations, Decorations & Expectations. To Be Aware Of What My Body Is Saying To Me & Speak Life Back Into My Being & Soul With Come To Jesus Times, No Stinkin’ Thinkin’, Movements & Rest. #letsjustsoakitallin #timeisfleeing #enjoytheholidays #familyfriendsandfun
By the end of they year I will convert my contract role into a full time position.
I’d love to be fluent in French. I studied it at school (a while ago!) and for some reason it’s always been a nagging want of mine to be really proficient in it. I’ve even downloaded apps and bought textbooks but always lost momentum.
My goal is to be consistent in waking up early and getting in a quick Pilates workout. I’ve got a good gym schedule down, I would just like to be more consistent in doing Pilates for better flexibility, mobility, and core strength.
I have so many ideas and dreams that never leads to anything because I just do not take it further, due to inaction, difficulty with decision-making, unbelief and feeling overwhelmed. As a goal for the end of the year I would love to work on action steps to feel less overwhelmed in my daily life .
My goal for the end of 2018 is to stay focused on health and exercise even during the busy and festive holiday season. In addition to having a goal of doing a sisterhood workout at least 4 days a week for November and December, I want to do a high intensity cardio workout at least 3 times a week. Wish me luck!
My goal for the remainder of 2018 is to keep going!!! I completed all the workouts on the October calendar after joining a few months ago. I am so looking forward to Total Body Toning in November. Thank you Robin!
My goal for the end of 2018 is to simplify my holiday traditions and time so that I can make more time for things that matter.
Oh my, I have many goals for the end of the year! I would say one goal that I am trying to make habit is getting up earlier in the morning and starting my day with intention ! I love the material I receive from TBL that helps me with this and many other goals!
My goal is to do at least 15 minutes of exercise each day as I loved Robin’s 7 day Pilates Challenge. I’ve never done Pilates before and I enjoyed it. A year ago in October I had my first breast cancer operation and then in November was my second as the tumour was bigger than they thought. One year on and I’m still standing! But need to look after my body (and soul). Another goal is to find a job in the new year as I’m taking it easy for the time being.
I’d love to win this! I just joined the Sisterhood and would love to start doing pilates and working out on a consistent basis. (My goal by the end of this year!!). I have had back problems since having kids and would love to use pilates to strengthen my core and back and help with back issues – and finally make MY health a priority! 🙂
A goal I’d love to accomplish by the end of the year is doing a purge of every room of my apartment! We are drowning in “stuff” we don’t need! Ideally, I’d love to be able to donate as much of it as possible to people in need, especially with the holidays coming up.
I would like to be more consistent with my meal planning.
My goal is to continue my daily time on the mat after completing the recent Back to the Mat challenge. I was unable to join the sisterhood but have continued following Robin on public You Tube sessions. They help my arithritis and frozen shoulder and put me in the mindset to complete my next daily task, whether that is a meditation, preparing a healthy meal, or cleaning my bathroom ?. Forever grateful to The Balanced Life.
My goal for the coming holiday season and end-of-year hustle is to SIMPLIFY. This will look like carving out margin to be still, intentionally committing (including saying no) to festive activities, and prioritizing soul-care and self-care for each person in our home. Such a beautiful community of goal-setters gathers here 🙂
already sorry for this long post and my bad english! 😉
I am sitting in my living room and thought about this blog for a day know. What is my motivation or my goal for this year? Do I have one? I was never that kind of person thinking about goals, maybe because I was never that self-confident to thinking being able to have goals and reach them. But you know what? After a couple of hard month dealing with depression and anxiety (having them for yeeaars know, and I am 31 one) and being so unhappy in my job and life. My goal for this year is simple: being HAPPY and trying finally to do thinks I really LOVE!
Doing my exam on the 4th of November for becoming a Pilates teacher is one step closer to my goal! Thanks to Robin for convincing me and bringing me to Pilates – a better me! That was also my impulse/power of becoming a Pilates teacher!
My goal before the end of the year is here, is to encourage more women to do Pilates, be consistent and join The Sisterhood so that they too can reap the many benefits of Pilates and the encouragement from the Sisterhood to go forth confidently into 2019.
Having moved to a German-speaking country, learning and becoming fluent in German is my goal and top priority for the end of the year.
My GOAL is to be consistent with prioritizing my exercise routine even when there are unexpected things on my calendar, but at the same time have more patience with myself…have a BALANCE life without regrets or guilt.
My goal is to work out a schedule for my self care and make that more of a priority in my life. I want to focus on mindfulness and slowing down a bit. I also loved the The Turquoise Table book and would love to include friendships and/ or perhaps a picnic table in my front yard?
My goal to hit by the end of the year is to cultivate a stronger self-care routine for myself. I’ve been stuck in a rut for a bit. I was on my mat more in October than I had been in a while and I would like to keep the momentum going. I’m just not sure what that looks like at this moment. I have lots of thoughts of things that could help, now it’s just a matter of bringing one, two, or all of them to execution.
My goal is to follow the calendar and complete an entire month of pilates in November. I want to end the year strong! I also have a goal of formally launching my coaching business.
Love Lara Casey and the Cultivate team! If I had to pick just one goal to accomplish by the end of this year, it would be to love better. Love my husband better, my kids, better, myself better, and Christ better. Trying to say yes to all the little moments of love throughout the day.
Thanks for hosting such a great giveaway Robin!
I’d love to be able to do a side plank with ease by the end of the year!
My goal is to start implementing weekly date nights and giving my marriage a little TLC.
One goal I have for the rest of the year is simply to get my consistency in Pilates back . I’ve had a couple of months of road blocks but I don’t want to wait until New Years to get back on track!!!
Oh wow! What a cool giveaway!!! I love setting goals monthly. The family goal I am working on now through December is to more intentionally have FUN with my 3 daughters by doing something little and fun every single day with them (play a board game, do a puzzle, go to a playground, etc). Likewise, I have also set a goal to do something fun with my husband at least once per week (play a board game, bake something, watch a movie, etc). My current health goals are to complete your 28 Days of Pilates series on YouTube by doing one session each day in November (with a couple days off), and to enjoy either an apple or a cup of hot tea instead of snacking like crazy in the evenings after dinner. 🙂
I have recently retired and will turn 65 in the spring. My goal is to become flexible, strong, calm, and in great shape by my birthday. Use it or you will lose it. I am happy to have The Sisterhood help me reach my goal.
By the end of the year, my goal is to create a habit of daily movement and journaling. I know I have the time, I just need to stop spending it on Instagram!
My goal will be to add walking more regularly to my exercise routine
My goal for the year is to apply to graduate school at the London School of Economics. It feels really lofty. I’m already afraid of the outcome and feel insecure about applying. However, I know if I don’t apply I’ll regret not trying and ask myself, “What if?” I don’t want to live in fear and self-doubt. I want to be bold and strive for my big career goals.
One goal I have for the rest of 2018 is to be more fully present with each family member. I want them to feel my love and interest in them and take time for each one each day.
I would like to organize my basement so I can find a dedicated area to workout.
By the end of 2019, I will have cultivated the habit of consistent, healthy morning & evening routines because how I end my day affects my sleep, how I sleep affects my morning routine & a healthy morning routine affects my choices for the rest of the day.
I would love to continue to get our finances in order.
My goal is to finish decluttering ny house before Christmas gifts roll in!!
After taking time off from Pilates and caring for my body due to pregnancy/new baby, I’d like to establish a consistent workout routine again before the end of the year!
Tough to pick just one goal. However, you’ve got me thinking Robin and I SO appreciate it! The biggest goal for me until the end of the year is to spend 5-10mins of QUALITY TIME with the Lord every day.
Amongst that there are other goals like getting quality time with my boys when not working shiftwork, drinking a little more water, getting in a couple coffee dates with my girlfriends, and being able to do a couple strong reps of the Teaser!
Great job everyone with figuring out some goals for the next couple months!
My goal for the end of the year is twofold. First, I will start believing and loving myself enough to research Ph.D programs. Second, I will apply to teach at my local community college.
I have recently started doing pilates a majority of the days of the week, but I would love to continue to work on improving my eating habits and doing a better job of eating clean. As we are entering into the season of holiday parties, I especially want to be mindful of taking the time to celebrate but not going overboard!
Hey Girls! My goal is huge and I’m so excited for it!! On November 12th I begin school to become a certified health coach and , one year from then, 11/12/19 I will be one!!! I’ve wanted to become a health coach for seven years and this is my year to make it happen. My pushing point was when my mother passed away in april of a terribly rare disease. She was only 67 years old and was my best friend. Life is short. Time to make the best of it!!
By the end of the year I will be consistent with my gratitude journaling. I have a lot to be grateful for so it’s time to consistently appreciate and write 3 things in my journal every night before I go to bed.
By the end of the year, I want to create a routine that will help me balance my new job as a fitness instructor (and the prep time it takes) with the busy schedule of my three boys and husband, while still carving out time for family time and myself. Right now, I often find that when I get a minute to sit, I let it all go and waste time (streaming Facebook/swimming in email) rather than being productive. I’m working on it 🙂
My goal is to plan for my treats during the holiday season. Instead of eating sweets every day, I want to save them for special occasions or really fun events.
My goal is to start meditating daily. No matter how many times I start, I fall off. I’m going to start scheduling it on my calendar. Thanks!
After 4 kids and just turning 50 I would love to be able to get my abs toned and feel strong in my core.
My goal is to take control of my IBS rather than letting it me control me, by making changes to my diet and putting pilates first when it comes to exercise as I always feel so much better afterwards.
My goal is to do Pilates with you in thr sisterhood two to 3 times per week. Having power sheets his actually help me to do that in the last year!!
My goal is to put myself on my list. To improve my health and well-being. I have a wonderful family and want to be here for them without losing myself. Thank you for inspiring me to want more for myself.
I am looking forward to adding 15 minutes of Pilates a day. I need to lose 15 pounds for health purposes and Pilates has worked for me in the past. I am so thankful for Robin and the balanced life!
My goal for the end of the year is to have developed a habit of gratitude – making it part of my routine every morning to remember what I’m grateful for. Love this month’s mission and I already know it’s going to be good for me!
I’m hoping to finish my PhD thesis by the end of the year – and to get through it with a bit of daily Pilates!
My goal for the end of the year is to keep up the routine of doing pilates 3-4 times a week, even on days when I don’t feel like it! And to have a fun date night with my husband once a week 🙂
My goal is to change my minset and be more confident so as to change the areas of my life I feel need change. I really feel I need a positive change in my life.
I would like to progress even further in my education by the end of the year. As well as doing more Pilates 🙂
Consistent in my daily mind, body, spirit routine- 60 days of:
Mind- 15 min book or podcast to grow my mind
Body and spirit combined- 15 min moving meditation where I walk while listening to an app Pray as You Go
Body-10-15 min pilates MWF and 15 min weights T/Th
Spirit- daily scripture reading and gratitude journal
My goals for the end of the year are to revisit the goals I set at the first of the year when Robin encouraged us to write down our goals. I know that I haven’t met every one but I’m remembering to apply “grace over guilt” to myself.
I set a goal at the beginning of 2018 to read 40 books this year (currently at 25 with 15 still to go!)… I’d like to make reading before bed more of a priority than mindlessly scrolling social media. And of course complete all the Pilates workouts for the next 2 months! 🙂
My goal is to find time for myself, stick to a routine 15-20 minutes Qi Gong in the morning, 45 -60 minutes walk during my lunch break and 30 minutes Pilates just when I come home from work, at least 5 days per week ! Planning meals for the week, and treat myself at a Nordic spa with my husband once a month.
My personal goal is to start writing more on my personal blog as I find it a great way to reflect and it’s so nice to just write for myself.
My Fitness goal is to incorporate more running to complement my Pilates workouts.
I’d like to buy some clothes that are both flattering AND comfortable, and buy them NOW, instead of waiting for my shape to change.
My goal for the rest of the year is to not lose my mind! Have a lot of things going on (daughter active in girl scouts and gearing up to get braces, stepson graduating from boot camp, holidays, in the process of getting a side hustle to pay down debt), but I can do this!
This is a tough thing to narrow down, but I guess I could say to make better choices for my mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual health.
I run a home business and am working toward tripling my income this year. There has been a hindering mindset that I’m overcoming in order to reach my income goal. And, on another note, thank you, Robin, for providing these workouts and inspiration to live healthier lives.
I love how pilates makes me feel so much better and helps with the stress so my goal is to start doing pilates at least 3 days a week from now until the end of the year and then increase it from there. I am so stressed at work and with the holidays coming up I really need to start taking care of me again
My goal is to finish out the Rachel Hollis last 90 day challenge. I am focusing on water, exercise, sleep, gratitude, and giving up chocolate! Looking forward to starting the new year off stronger and healthier!
I want to spend more time at home
I would like to throw a dinner party to remember & celebrate all the wonderful things that have happened this year in the lives of our friends and family!
This is such a timely giveaway on such a timely group of prizes! These last couple of weeks I’ve been talking with my hubby about how my two goals are:
1. Health & Fitness – to get my body to a healthy place, steward my body well, and get “in shape” so that I don’t tire so easily playing with my toddlers. (Not looking to get “in shape” meaning into a standard of “looking good”, but because I know I feel better and have more energy for my family when I exercise.)
2. Get my crap together haha. Meaning set goals and organize my weeks and days to start working toward those goals – so that rather than getting stuck in the mundane and just surviving life with littles, I can begin to thrive and make forward progress on goals (momma goals, homemaker goals, and personal goals)
This giveaway is so timely, because after this month I have to cancel my TBL membership – we just can’t afford it ]: I’m binge-watching workouts whenever I have internet access so that I can try to remember some of what Robin does in the workouts haha! I’m also on the hunt for a planner. This would solve both of my problems! Thank you for the opportunity [:
Hey! A goal I have by in mind for the end of the year, is having my daily moving habit in place! I just joined The Sisterhood (so exciting!!!) and it’s really helped me balance efficient exercise into my wild days, even if it’s only 10-15 minutes, and I’m a much better person for it.
My goal is to move every day in some way. I’ve been in a lot of pain over the last year and have started moving less which has led to weight gain which in turn increases the pain. I feel trapped in this cycle. I know if I can get moving again and make healthier food choices then the pain will improve and I will be motivated to move even more. Thanks so much for a fabulous giveaway.
I want to do my Pilates work out three times a week. Oh, and have all my Christmas presents bought before December!
Pay off our debt!
I’d love to get up earlier so I can have a little time in the morning for reading/getting into a regular exercise routine. Needing to schedule in time to work on myself so I can be the best me for my 5 kiddos 🙂
My goal is to continue to exercise 5 days a week through the end of the year, to eat healthy food in proper proportions, and not to undermine myself with perfectionism.
My goal is to master my fear and excuses and make regular, challenging exercise a routine part of my life. Grace comes WAY easier to me than guilt, but it’s time to put in the work needed to regain my strength and self confidence.
My goal is to take at least 1 class a month to work towards becoming a surface pattern designer.
My goal is to find time to go for a 30 minute walk at the end of my school day 3 days/week
My goal is to reestablish regular workouts 3-5 days a week and track my food 5-6 days a week.
I did this in the summer despite being very busy, but fell away from it when we went on vacation. I felt great then and feel stuck and in general just not well since I stopped. Today was day one- had a great workout 🙂
My goal is to get a good walk in each week. I started with making Pilates a part of my days, then I worked on my diet, now I wanted to add some walking to my week. Thank you for helping me become a more flexible well rounded woman.
My fitness goal is to be consistent; both in walking my dogs and doing personal workouts. In my personal life, I want to be more intentional in my prayer life as well as in my friendships. I feel like it is easy to connect with people at work, then at church, but it is never connected. I feel fragmented. I want to feel like we are all living life together even if we are doing different things.
I’ve recently added meditation to my health and wellness focus and my goal for the end of this year is to have a consistent meditation practice set and to have done it for 21 days (at least!) to help solidify as a habit! ?♀️
By eating better coupled with the balanced life workout to help improve my Hashimoto’s thyroiditis condition.
My goal is to finish the year well…stronger and more focused than I began the year!
What an amazing prize. Setting goals this year has meant that we saved enough money to come back from our 6week trip to the UK with no debts.
I would love to be able to achieve my other goal of getting 7.5-8 hours sleep every night.
Finish organising my wardrobe.
I would love to establish my home rhythm again. I am two weeks postpartum and have struggled with rhythm throughout my whole pregnancy due to nausea, fatigue, and breathing difficulties. Now I have two littles and know that a balanced home rhythm would do wonders for my health, happiness, and family well-being.
By the end of the year I want to develop the habit of journaling at least three times a week although daily would be ideal. I also want to be more diligent with my mat time. I used to be a runner and loved my mat time at the end of a long run. I’ve been injured much of this year and need my mat time more than ever but am often fearful – not really sure of what but I know I need to get back to my mat to get back to being strong 🙂
One mini goal for myself is to find time in between 2 jobs to incorporate an exercise routine to balance my mind and body and decompress! Our resolution for last year was to make better eating choices and thanks to clean eating 80/20 I feel so much better…now it’s time to balance the mind and body in conjunction with our newly found passion for good healthy food !
My goal is to be sugar free till Christmas and see how much better I feel. Also to look after myself much better – I put my family way before me and my health is suffering
My goal for the remained of 2018 is to follow the pilates calendar (missing no more than 2 scheduled workouts in November and December). I will be mindful and make time for myself, so I can experience the fun, wonder and joy of the holiday season with my husband and son.
My goal for the rest of 2018 is to get into a more consistent workout/healthy eating plan. I want to make 2019 my healthiest year yet.
My goal is to move forward with setting up my own business as a Consultant/Patient Experience Coach, focused on supporting healthcare leaders and frontline staff to move back to their initial calling/purpose to care for sick/vulnerable patients and their anxious families. As a nurse, I have gone through several bouts of burnout after experiencing some level of compassion fatigue. And I know how easy it is to become a task oriented clinician versus one with heart and compassion with the complexities of healthcare reform. In short, I want to do whatever I can to provide tips for a solution oriented mindset around self-care to keep the “nurse ratchet” at bay! 🙂
In addition, I am excited to say that I am getting a lot more consistent with the daily pilates workouts but want to adopt these habits permanently- as a non-negotiable because I am getting dangerously close to having Diabetes 2 like the rest of my family. Thank you Robin and team for helping all of us reach our fullest God given potential! I so appreciate you!!
My goal is to complete the book selections from TBL sisterhood book club group.
I found TBL before the Sisterhood began. I joined when the Sisterhood started up and was a faithful participant for over 2 years. However, for the last year or so I have barely done any work on myself. There have been a lot of reasons, but the result is less than desirable. I have done a short workout 10 of the last 14 days, which I am counting as a victory. My goal for the year is to work up to a full 45-55 minute pilates workout at least 5 days a week by the end of the year. I am sure this will make my holiday season go much smoother and will start my 2019 off well. My youngest child graduates high school in May 2020, so I want to be my healthiest ever at his graduation. Thank you, Robin, for all that you do and for this community.
Hi Robin,
This is the best idea! My goal for the end of the year is to take the time to do my daily devotions. I feel they are always rushed- over lunch or at the end of the day (or sometimes missed for days at a time) when life gets too busy— every single day! I want to make my devotional time a priority every day.
I would like to decrease my daily sugar consumption by having dessert only every 2-3 days instead of every day. 🙂
I am hoping to cultivate a household with a growth mindset! Spreading the love and the knowledge to my twins and my husband.
I am trying hard to lose 10 lbs.
I would love to be more intentional with my Bibile and devotional readings in the morning as well as daily movement. I’d also love to tackle meal planning and preparation for the week nights given that we have 3 very active middle schoolers with activites after school/evening.
One of my goals is to make healthy eating a priority, even over the holidays.
My goal is to treat myself nice! <3
1. Think good thoughts about myself. 2. Prioritate what makes me feel good about myself, like pilates every morning After a nice cup of coffee and time to plan the day in peace. 3. Forgive myself if I dont make it a day, and start over next day! Amen.
Goal: to have completed a week’s worth of TBL without interruption. It sounds so simple, right?!
Hello Robin
I have been retired for almost a year and still have decluttering to do as well as a number of unfinished projects. My goal is to accomplish these chores in 2019 as well as being active in outdoor activities. Having put this in writing now is going to help me get there!
My goal is to take at least one test toward earning my professional license!
I am working on Christmas prep. My goal is to remove what distracts from Christmas’s true meaning and put more focus on God’s love for those He created, especially for my grandkids.
My goal is to be better at doing daily devotions. Also to manage time better so I have time for the important things I want to get done.
I am planning out steps to sort through our things (mine + my new husbands!) so we can start the New Year fresh! I would also love to clean up our computer files in this process too! I am also working to create better health routines that can launch me into 2019 and the rest of my life!
I want to have my family’s clothing situation under control. My husband and I both have way too many clothes. I want to go through and cultivate a curated closet, with clothes that I actually wear. I’m two months post-partum from the birth of my first child, and I have a lot of clothes to go through. I need to sort through and wash my daughters clothes too, and decide what to do with the clothes she’s grown out of.
My goal is to complete all Sisterhood workouts for rest of the year 2018 and start the Year 2019 more strong and happy ?
Love Lara Casey and her team! Thanks for putting this giveaway together ? I’d love to get my website up and running to help provide education and empowerment for women peri and postpartum
Ive had quite a year and am going to ge concentrate on intentional rest through the end of the year. Would love the bundle to help me stay on track as Good transitions me into the next season in life.
Goal: Do Pilates for at least 10 minutes every day in November!
My goal is to have a safe but speedy recovery from my hip replacement and to learn to walk without crutches again
Im in my 60s and just started doing your Pilates a month ago. My goal is to continue daily to shape and tone my body and all around feel good about me. I guess its not all about me but,,,it will be Grandma you look and sound fantastic. 🙂
I feel like I wasted years being overweight and sluggish, always waiting until something happened (which never did) to start really living my life. I’m 52 and I want the second half of my life to be amazing! I am going to work hard to make it amazing and i know that being a part of the sisterhood is going to keep me motivated. And the PowerSheets sound perfect to help me on my daily journey.
I’ve decided my mantra is Glow. Glow in all aspects of my life.
I just found your website through another blogger and it couldn’t have come at a more perfect time.
I want to create a sustainable morning routine that includes some type of movement. Any type of movement!!
What a fun giveaway! My goal by the end of the year is to start a more formal exercise plan. After the back to the mat challenge I know 3 days is very doable and makes my body feel stronger and more toned.
I just joined the sisterhood. So my goal is to complete the daily pilates workout consistently for 30 days in a row. I currently don’t do any daily exercise outside normal movement at work and at home, so this is a commitment.
I’d like to stay consistent with the sisterhood workouts throughout the rest of the year to create a go-to routine as I start the new year.
We want to buy a house at the beginning of next year, which is a big goal in itself, what with trying to pay off debt and saving. But then the task of organizing and decluttering comes in. I’m going to need a lot of accountability to get through it. Thanks for the chance to win!
I’d love to finish my baby books for my 2nd and 3rd borns. ???♀️
Would love to set and achieve a goal in being more mindful and present in everything. Often find my brain racing and stressing about things that I can’t control. Would be lovely to achieve this.
My goal is to survive the early months with twins while loving on our big two boys and keeping our marriage a priority. And to keep my business afloat during this crazy time while still remaining me through it all. Some seasons of life are harder than other to juggle it all!
My biggest goal is to work towards feeling more competent, comfortable and confident in my new job! I’m near the end of my training and will go on my own in 2 weeks!!
My 1st goal for the end of the year is to get my basement wall fixed. Not a fun thing to spend money on, but it must be done! My 2nd goal is to feel good through the Holidays and not go overboard with eating, or gain weight! Thank you for the challenge Robin, we are all in this together 🙂
By the end of the year, my goal is to establish a night routine so that I can get more sleep.
My goal is to be moreconsistent in eating well and exercising regularly.
My goal is to find two different ways to get involved and meet new friends in our community. We recently moved to a new, small town and it’s time for me to put myself out there and cultivate new friendships for myself and my family. Thank you for the opportunity to win such an amazing package! I love both Robin and Lara’s messages and missions!
My goal for the next few months is to get into a workout rhythm before the holidays. I want to accomplish this by sticking to the Pilates calendar and adjusting to running outside in the cold.
Cheers to everyone and their goal setting!
I am still struggling with organizing my life and including goals. I keep getting down on myself and losing site of what I want to accomplished. That’s what I would like to get organized by the end of the year. With only a couple of days at home a week it would be great to get an organized plan so I can achieve some of my goals
What an amazing giveaway! How exciting 🙂 My goal to accomplish by the END of this year is to plan all of the content for my online course and platform that I plan to launch early 2019! This is something that I have been putting off for far too long. Now is the time!
I’m hoping to read ten or eleven more books by the end of the year…it’s a daunting task, but I’ve been making reading more of a priority in my life and I want to read my target number!
My goal is to fully implement the goals, thoughts, and dreams that have been on my heart for my family and home, as I just finished my first full year as a stay at home mom as of Nov 4th.
One of my goals is to fit back into my clothes – it’s not a particular weight or clothing size I’m after. I just want to be able to wear my tops and feel comfortable in them. I want to be able to button my pants without sucking in. I want to be able to choose what I want to wear based on my mood and the occasion, rather than only being able to choose what isn’t too tight.
Love this idea- as a beginner, I want to do daily yoga and stretching every morning with a ‘real’ class once a week. I have a degenerative hip and want to put off hip replacement as long as I can. Thank you for this offer and your blog, videos, and positive personality!
I’d like to say my goal is to lose weight, but my main goal is to reduce stress. When I’m stressed everyone around me feels it, and that is no way to be. So less stress while still caring is my goal! Spending 10-15 minutes on my mat has definitely helped with that – and I know that will pay forward into my diet, exercise, and eventually weight loss. Trying to start at the source!
I’d love to find 3 things each day to give away! I am overwhelmed by the feeling that we have so many unnecessary clothes, home decorations, kitchen items, etc. in our house. My husband and I do volunteer work with the homeless or those in financial need. It is a constant reminder of the excess we are encumbered by when I view the “lack” of others. I just know that giving away quality, yet unnecessary treasures will bring joy to others in need. I am “stuck” in a place where it overwhelms me. I just can’t seem to begin!
My goal for yhe end of the year is creating a good schedule for housework, homeschooling, and working out. I’m 3 months postpartum and at times can feel super overwhelmed with everything I have on my plate. I need some organization BAD, lol!
My goal is to get a better hold on our evenings. I drive an hour home from work, pick up the kids then drive 20min home. Dinner, Pilates, then bedtime. Pilates is my evening priority but I never feel like I have enough time with my family and bedtime always ends up too late. Need to find this balance!
I want to do at lest 10 minutes of Yoga or Pilates every day to the end of the year even while I am on vacation.
One of my goals for 2019 is to give away 200 EPs I recorded 2 years ago. I believe in the songs and believe they need to be in people’s homes. I just need the courage to put them out there.
Wow! I have been following Lara Casey and am sooooooo desperate to get my hands on her power sheets, however living in Australia means that the cost for delivery is a little too much 🙁 What an amazing give away.
My goal after listening to Lara’s new podcasts is to cultivate my children’s hearts. I feel that without knowing it, my priority is often keeping a spotless house and keeping up with the chores. I so often feel like a mouse on a wheel, going through the motions, and meanwhile my beautiful little children are getting bigger, now nearly 6 and 4. I want to ‘cultivate what matters’. When I’m 80 the housework won’t matter so much, and I will have probably lost the ability to keep up with it, but my relationships with my children is what will matter. The way I connect with them now may effect the way they connect with their children. I plan to play more! This is my main goal. Other goals include cultivating my relationship with God through daily bible reading and scripture journalling, and cultivating balance through my pilates. So blessed to be in this sisterhood. Thanks Robin – your inspiring, encouraging and real and I really love you xxx
Haha i just realised this has already been and gone! Oh well my goals remain the same xx
