Hi Beauties!
Happy Wednesday. I’m doing some blog organizing to help make my site easier for you to navigate.
I know that many of you like to go back and repeat the free challenges and combine short workouts to make full-body workouts.
So I wanted to let you know that now you can click on the “Let’s Train” tab at the top of my site to easily access all of my free online Pilates workouts and links to past challenges.
To access free online Pilates workouts:
1. Click on “Let’s Train.”
2. Select “Online Workouts” from the drop down menu.
3. Follow the links to past free challenges and free Pilates workouts on YouTube.
You can also use the navigation menu to the right of the screen. The photos are links and the categories will also take you to all posts under that specific category.
If you have any questions or have specific requests to make my page more usable please don’t hesitate to let me know!
Have a great day. I’ll see you back here on Friday with another post that will help you get better results from your current workout routine. 🙂

Thanks Robin, love this easy access! I just finished MBM upgrade # 2 I do it almost daily,
Thanks, Colleen
Thanks, Robin! I’ve been sharing these work outs with friends. I really look forward to those 10 minutes every day. I just love your site!
I appreciate this! I have been doing at least one of your workouts daily and it’s made me fall in love with Pilates! I’ve tried other workouts and even other Pilates workouts online but the personalities of the previous instructors really did not inspire me to continue. However, you are cheerful without being shallow and I just generally appreciate your demeanor and way of going about each video! Thank you for the sore arms and abs, it really is the best pain in the world!
Wow! Thanks, Robin! I think you were reading my mind!
Yay! Thanks!
Is the 28-day series (or any of these, really) safe for doing during the first trimester? Thank you!
Hi Kathleen,
Of course it depends on what your doctor has cleared you to do so be sure to ask them what is right for you and your individual body. As a rule for the general public, it’s safe to continue with your current exercise routine in the first trimester. The main concerns are over heating and over exertion which shouldn’t happen in Pilates. Generally speaking Pilates is safe during the first trimester as long as you listen to your body and trust your instincts. Some women don’t feel comfortable lifting their pelvis above their hearts, which is a matter of individual comfort. Be sure to check out the prenatal Pilates tab on the top of my website as well. That includes workouts that are safe for all 3 trimesters along with other tools to embrace the changing body and stress that can often come along with pregnancy. I also talk about ways to use Pilates, strength and imagery during labor, delivery & recovery. Congratulations!! xo
