Happy Friday Beauties!

I am LOVING the encouragement, support and positivity that’s taking place in The Sisterhood. A member shared this video the other day and I can’t not share it with the rest of you.

This is such a good reminder.

You don’t have to try so hard. And neither do I.

I admire Colbie for all she is doing to change the media’s portrayal of the “perfect woman.”

I also love how catchy this song is so it stays in your head. It’s a good soundtrack to replay throughout the day.

Also a quick note: The next round of The Pilates Balance Program is scheduled to kick off on March 8th! Registration will open on February 26th. Mark you calendars and save the date! 🙂
