I have always loved this phrase and just wanted to share it with you as a reminder today.
Do what you can, with what you have, where you are.
So often we get caught up in the “all or nothing” mindset.
We figure that if we can’t do things perfectly then they’re not worth doing at all.
But perfectionism is a liar.
You don’t have to be able to run 3 miles to be a runner.
You don’t have to be able to do a roll up to do Pilates.
You don’t have to exercise for an hour to make it worth your while.
Every little bit counts and small steps add up to great strides.
So whatever you’re telling yourself about not having enough time, not having enough money, not being strong enough, etc. etc., put it to rest.
Do what you can, with what you have, where you are.
Take a small step today to better your health and take care of YOU.

LOVE this post!!! So true, sometimes i have to stop and remind myself that!! The only bad workout, is the one you did not do! And any little thing is better than nothing.
Well said Amanda 🙂
