Hi Beauties!
Welcome to Day #1 of the Clean + Simple Challenge.
Each day this week we’ll be taking ONE baby step toward a healthier, more balanced diet.
No pills, no shakes, no supplements, no gimmicks. Just simple, realistic changes that you can easily incorporate into your day.
My goal over the next 5 days is to show you that improving your diet doesn’t have to make you miserable. You don’t have to overhaul your entire life overnight to see results.
You can have your cake….and eat kale too. 🙂
Juice fasts and diet pills don’t work….realistic, daily changes do.
So let’s go ahead and dive in!
NEXT STEP: Once you complete today’s assignment CLICK HERE to leave a comment on today’s Facebook post. I want to know HOW you added greens into your diet today!
Also, join me on Facebook at 9:30 am, PST // 12:30 pm, EST for a live chat to dive deeper in to today’s topic and ask any questions you may have.
Cheers to leafy greens and improving our diets, one baby step at a time!
xo,
Robin
PS – Looking for extra credit? Try incorporating greens at every meal today…breakfast, lunch & dinner!

This will be fun! I’m going to try adding greens to every meal, starting with putt breakfast sandwich. Small change and maybe the family won’t even notice!
Oooh, I like the “every meal” idea. I already eat greens every day, but I’m going for “every meal” this week for an extra challenge.
Gno captioned? I am deaf.
Hi Maureen!
Unfortunately, we don’t have captions on the videos – We do know that some of our users utilize captioning software on their computer as needed! We hope you will still be able to utilize the resources! <3
Hi Maureen! I believe if you go to YouTube and watch it there you can turn on captioning. 🙂 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qlig5gtEMwE
Simple and easy! Love ❤️
This I can do! Greens at every meal. Love it
Robin, what blush are you wearing in the your video? It looks beautiful on you 🙂 I love the shade!
I would love to know the answer to this too!
Thank you! It’s a bright pink blush from Bobbi Brown. 🙂
Doing it already, but like the idea of adding greens to more than one meal.
Thank you I’m getting back on track!
I love greens with my eggs! I throw them in when the eggs are almost finished frying to wilt a titch, plate and add some avocado and hot sauce.
