“I’ve had Ben Platt’s new album on REPEAT. He has such an amazing voice and his album is great.” – Jordin

“I love finding new playlists on Spotify and the “Happy Folk” playlist is a new favorite.” – Martha

“The audiobook of Pride, Prejudice and Other Flavors by Sonali Dev. This author is new to me, but so far I like it!” – Elisabeth

“I loved this episode from the Simple podcast about flipping the script on busyness this fall. It’s helped me reshape my mindset around our schedule.” – Susan

“Speaking of Dave Asprey, I’m also reading his newest book, Super Human and it is FASCINATING. It’s a thick book full of research and science, but I’m learning a lot and it’s definitely making me think.” – Robin

“I’m reading Americanah by Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie.” – Becky

The Dutch House by Ann Patchett – started it while on vacation and it’s really good so far!” – Jordin

“Ruth Ware is one of my favorite mystery/thriller writers and I can’t wait to dive into her new novel, The Turn of the Key!” – Martha

You Are The Girl for the Job by Jess Connolly with my friend and teammate Jaclyn! I am thoroughly enjoying this book! I am encouraged, convicted and learning so much.” – Elisabeth

“I’ve been reading You Are the Girl for the Job by Jess Connolly. Only a few chapters in but it is so good. Challenging me to think about what I have been called to do and how to confidently fulfill that role. Also reading with TBL team member Elisabeth – which is so fun!” – Jaclyn

Wardrobe:

“Sweats weather is finally here in Santa Barbara so I am now back to living in my Soft spun Joggers from Gap.” – Robin

“These are my favorite rain boots for the fall.” – Becky

“Invested in a nice winter coat for the first time ever – it was perfect for our trip to Scotland last month!” – Jordin

“I’m seeing animal print everywhere and I’m all about this cozy and affordable sweater option.” – Martha

“I really enjoy running when I’m not doing Pilates and these socks have become my favorite. My legs don’t get as tired on long runs and they come in so many fun colors.” – Susan

In the Kitchen:

“I’ve been making these Pumpkin Spice Pancakes (gluten/dairy free) every Saturday and eating them throughout the week – the babies LOVE them!” – Robin

Trader Joe’s Pumpkin Bread is my favorite fall treat!” – Becky

“Another vote for TJ’s pumpkin bread, also love their gluten free pumpkin pancake mix – perfect for a cozy, fall breakfast!” – Jordin

“This has been the perfect soup for a Saturday evening (when my husband is all about college football) or to take to a friend’s house for a fall potluck!” – Martha

“The Defined Dish slow cooker chicken tikka masala – crazy easy and crazy good.” – Elisabeth

“Loving this yummy and comforting soup as we move into cooler temps!” – Jaclyn

“Cooler weather always puts me in the mood to bake. This chocolate chip cookie recipe from the Magnolia Table cookbook has become my favorite when I want a treat–they’re best enjoyed when they’re still warm.” – Susan
