  1. Hi Robin. I love simple one-pager guides like this one you have made for “strong core”. Do you have any others like this? I would love one to take to work for “5 quick stretches to do standing which are good for posture” for those of us who spend all day in front of a computer. Just a thought for when you run out of things to do – ha ha. BTW I love your Pilates program and try to do a session at least every 2nd day. Thank you xx
