Finally caught up!!!
Ok so I was feeling like this was one of the easier ones til I’m sitting up now and really feeling it after the workout in my bum, thighs, and hips. Thanks so much for this challenge! I’m really sad tomorrow will be the last day.
Done. 27, 28,29 plus your reformer workout from you tube. Quads are burning. Thanks.
I am on day 8, because I only discovered this 8 days ago, and didn’t realize everyone is on the same schedule. I am having a blast though, this is a real breakthrough for me, it is so doable but so effective. Thank you Robin, I feel great, already!!
Will I be missing something when this is over and I am in the middle of the challenge? I did sign up for the sisterhood, so I can keep posted.

I am feeling it for sure but I feel my leg muscles are stronger from previous workouts. I don’t want to end either.

Day#29-ZUMBA 1hour
Just finished an hour-long pilates class at my fitness club. Was all warmed-up for this routine. Liked the donkey kicks…that was a new one for me. Look forward to tomorrow night to wrap-up the series!
Cleaned out my fridge this morning. Didn’t get a pic but found some great veggies for roasting and loved all the light and space in there.
All done! This has been great! Thank you.
