Meet Lauren Hefez…
Lauren is known for her high energy and spunky personality. Lauren is a group fitness instructor and personal trainer in Boston and was named one of the “Five Fab Fitness Gurus to Follow On YouTube” by Teen Vogue! Through her YouTube channel and blog Lauren is able to connect with and energize people all over the globe! Her teaching style is inspired by her years of dance training.
Lauren will be leading us through a tough but fun inner thigh routine today…I hope you enjoy it!

I’m so glad Lauren is part of the challenge. I’ve been doing her butt workouts for over a year and I just love her! Her smile and energy are infectious.
Loved this!!! I felt the burn, but it was gooood!!
This was a great workout and Lauren was fun to watch, but I am still sore from yesterday’s booty workout and this workout seemed to work those same muscles. Whew!

Whew! I just completed both yesterday’s and today’s back to back. That was intense.
Enjoyed today’s workout. This is the first time I have done one of Lauren’s workouts. She’s really fun. Loving this whole experience!

Another great workout! Thanks for all the work you’ve put into this challenge, Robin! Question… I felt this workout in the inner thighs like I was supposed to but I also felt it all around my tailbone. Is that normal? I delivered my 3rd baby 9 months ago and experienced quite a bit of pain around my tailbone with each pregnancy.
Hi Kate! That’s interesting. I don’t think that is a common feeling during this workout, so I’m not sure why that would be. It could have something to do with the alignment of your pelvis/lumbar spine. Is there a certain exercise where you feel it the most? Congrats on your 3rd baby! 🙂
Sorry for the delay in responding, Robin… I had to find time to do the workout again cause I couldn’t remember if there was one part of it that I felt more than the others. There wasn’t… it was a gradual build up of the burning sensation around my tailbone. 🙂

Wow Lauren–you are a firecracker! Loved the routine. I did an hour-long bodyworks class yesterday so I was a bit sore from it. Am feeling the burn even more now! This will be a good midweek routine for me to give my inner thighes a workout w/ a few days rest before my Sat. morning bodyworks class.
