I’ll be challenging your stability in today’s workout – and spending a little extra time on the upper back. The upper back muscles are key players in posture and alignment so it’s important to show them some love. 🙂

  5. I did this one with 5 lb weights to fatigue my muscles. I had to take a break between sets 🙂 Awesome arm workout!

  11. I’m going on a cruise in a week and won’t have internet connectivity. Is there anyway to save the 10 minute a day workouts to a computer? I’d love to be able to start each day with the workouts.

    1. Hi Gayle! Unfortunately YouTube workouts aren’t able to be downloaded. The full-length workouts that you receive when you join The Sisterhood are the only videos that you are able to download and save to your computer. So that could be an option. 🙂 Have a great time!

    I was wondering, how long will the replay link be available? 7pm is, I think, around 2am my time (UK), so watching live is NOT a possibility, and my in-laws are visiting Thursday to Saturday, so I might not get a chance to watch till Sunday. Will it still be available then?

      The replay will be available for 48 hours. So the link will expire on Thursday, March 31st at 7:00pm MST.
