We love this low sugar and healthy recipe for pumpkin muffins! My kids eat these up!! I don’t always make the glaze.

This is not really a recipe, but my favorite healthier version of a pumpkin spice latte is to simply sprinkle a little pumpkin pie spice on top of the coffee grounds when I brew a pot of coffee. I still get the yummy fall flavor without the added calories and fat 🙂
