It’s hard to believe, but the holidays are just around the corner.
Which means so are:
- lazy nights on the couch
- extra helpings of mashed potatoes
- grandma’s classic fudge
- frosted sugar cookies
- skipped workouts (it’s too cold to go to the gym!)
And the temptation to throw our healthy habits to the wind until we find ourselves desperately trying to get back on track January 1st…
Sound familiar?
Over the next few days, to help us all set our intentions and plan for a healthy, holiday season, I’ll be sending you 3 simple strategies to stay healthy, fit, and on-track this time of year.
You ready? Let’s dive in….
STRATEGY #1: Have a realistic workout plan in place.
Stay tuned…strategy #2 will be coming your way tomorrow!

Love it, so important to set goals- but yes agree they need to be achievable! Thanks Robin!
Thanks so much for the simple message xo
Thank you so much! Great time to send this out!
Hi Robyn! Could you help with how to create workouts when we will be traveling? And maybe provide model as an idea which we can work from?
THANK YOU!!! This is great.
Hi Lina! We suggest you use the Sisterhood Monthly Calendar as your guide, and modify it as needed for your travel! If you need to shorten one of the longer workouts, or save it for the weekend that works perfectly great! 🙂
Thanks for taking time out of your busy schedule to address this!? I’m presently working on decluttering, and organizing for more peace of mind!
Yes, that is so helpful – especially this time of year! 🙂
So true! This time of year, it’s easy to get derailed. Thanks for the reminder to set attainable goals and to work toward them with consistency rather than perfection 🙂
Hi, Robyn, I recently lost my father. How do keep grief from overwhelming you & continue to take care of yourself?
Oh Monica, I am so sorry for your loss. I can only imagine how hard it’s been. I encourage you to be gentle with yourself. And allow yourself the time you need to grieve. Exercise in small, manageable ways – maybe just 10 minutes per day – and gradually increase as you feel you are ready. It’s so hard to get started but will probably feel really good when you’re done. Take care of yourself and go easy on yourself. Sending you lots of love. xoxo
Hi Robin, i love your videos. You glow all the time. How do you achieve glowy skin?
