We’re on day 8 of the 12 Days of Pilates challenge.
You’re doing so well, so don’t stop now.
Today’s workout is all about the inner thighs.
We’re going to tone and strengthen the thighs in a way that will build long, lean muscles. No bulk here. You’ll feel the burn but in the best kind of way.

tough! you are working us hard before Christmas! But, i love it!! Your little reminders throughout the workouts are SO helpful! Keep the mouse hole, keep the hips centered, stretch the legs long! Keep up the good work, Robin!!

Done! Twice actually, because my 6 year old then wanted to do it with me. 😉
Days 7 and 8 done with a kid alongside after a 6 mile run! And now to redo of day 6 stretch & relax!
Nice! Just catching up. I loved the last reps! Although I think my leg circles were a little crazy…couldn’t find the coordination 😉

I am really behind on the 12 days, but I just finished this one. It was great! I felt my abs working a lot, too. On to the next… 😀
