We’re heading back to the beach today for day 9 of 12 Days of Pilates!
This workout is a challenging one. Don’t be discouraged if you aren’t able to do all of the exercises perfectly. Just keep practicing. Focus on form, precision and breath…you will get there. Consistency pays off every time.
I apologize that the video is a little washed out. I was filming on the beach at 6:00 in the morning and the sun was rising faster than I could adjust the camera.
These routines were filmed on the beach in Santa Barbara. Have you ever been there?
I lived there for about 8 years before coming out to Colorado. It has a special place in my heart and I highly recommend you take a visit sometime if you’ve never been. 🙂

Not only did I enjoy today’s workout for my abs but also it showed me how much I need to work on my balance. Great exercise!!!

Santa Barbara looks beautiful! I am from Australia and my husband and I have a trip to the USA planned next year. We will be stopping by Santa Barbara for 2 nights on our road trip. Really looking forward to it!
