- 2 large eggs
- ⅔ cup finely shredded zucchini , liquid squeezed out
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup melted coconut oil or unsalted butter
- 2/3 cup plain, non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips , at least 60% cocoa

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350F. Line and grease an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, zucchini, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, yogurt, and vanilla. Set aside.
- In a medium bowl, combine the almond flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Add the dry ingredients into the wet, and mix until well combined. Add the chocolate chips.
- Bake for 24 to 28 minutes, until just set. Let cool in the pan before slicing.
