Ingredients
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 cup green onion - chopped (optional)
- 3 cloves garlic - crushed
- 1 can white beans - rinsed and drained
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley - chopped
- 1 tsp fresh dill - chopped
- 8 oz albacore tuna packed in water
- sea salt + freshly ground pepper

Instructions
- Heat oil in a small pan. Add onions and sauté until translucent. Transfer contents to a bowl and add remaining ingredients. Mix well and serve on endive leaves or a bed of lettuce.
