green onion

white beans
– rinsed and drained

freshly squeezed lemon juice

fresh dill
– chopped

albacore tuna packed in water
sea salt + freshly ground pepper
Instructions
Heat oil in a small pan. Add onions and sauté until translucent. Transfer contents to a bowl and add remaining ingredients. Mix well and serve on endive leaves or a bed of lettuce.
