- 1/4 cup canned coconut milk
- 1 clove garlic - minced
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp dried dill
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1-2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- salt + pepper
- 1 cup veggie dippers (carrot sticks, cucumber spears, celery pieces, etc.)

- Combine dressing ingredients and whisk until well mixed. Use immediately or store in the fridge for up to a week.
