Ingredients
- 1 - 8 oz. package gluten-free fusilli pasta (Jovial or Banza brand are both great)
- 1 cup kale , chopped
- 2 cloves garlic , chopped
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1/2 cup shredded mozarella cheese
- pinch of sea salt and pepper

Instructions
- Start by bringing a large pot of water to a boil and cooking the pasta according to the package directions.
- Once cooked, drain and rinse the pasta and return to the pot.
- Add the kale, garlic, oregano, nutritional yeast, and cheese. Stir over low heat until the cheese has melted.
- Season with a pinch of sea salt and pepper. Enjoy!
