  1. Start by bringing a large pot of water to a boil and cooking the pasta according to the package directions. 
  2. Once cooked, drain and rinse the pasta and return to the pot. 
  3. Add the kale, garlic, oregano, nutritional yeast, and cheese. Stir over low heat until the cheese has melted. 
  4. Season with a pinch of sea salt and pepper. Enjoy!
