Ingredients

– 8 oz. package
gluten-free fusilli pasta
(Jovial or Banza brand are both great)

cup
kale
, chopped
2
cloves
garlic
, chopped
1
tsp
dried oregano
1
tbsp
nutritional yeast
1/2
cup
shredded mozarella cheese
pinch of sea salt and pepper
Instructions
Start by bringing a large pot of water to a boil and cooking the pasta according to the package directions.
Once cooked, drain and rinse the pasta and return to the pot.
Add the kale, garlic, oregano, nutritional yeast, and cheese. Stir over low heat until the cheese has melted.
Season with a pinch of sea salt and pepper. Enjoy!
