- In a shallow dish, whisk together the almond milk, chickpea flour, flaxseeds, baking powder, cinnamon, vanilla, and maple syrup. Let sit for 5 minutes.
- Heat the oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
- Soak the bread in the mixture for 30-45 seconds per side, and cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side, or until golden. Serve and enjoy!
