Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Add all the ingredients to a large mixing bowl and mix well to combine.
  3. Pour the mixture onto the parchment-lined baking sheet, packing the granola down flat on the pan.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the granola starts to brown.
  5. Allow to cool for at least 40 minutes and then break into chunks.
  6. Store in an airtight container and enjoy with a cup of unsweetened almond milk or with a side of fruit for a tasty snack!

  1. 25 minutes was perfect with my oven. Golden, crispy. Added in a parfait. Its a bit sweet for my liking, but will make again, maybe will a little less honey.

  2. Yummm. These little treats are delicious, I used less honey and added some chopped pecans and almonds about a 1/4 of a cup. Baked for 30 minutes. Soooo good.

  3. These are really tasty and easy to make, a winner for the whole family. Don’t be tempted to nibble before they’ve properly cooled, as I did ☺️ they do need the 40 minutes to harden otherwise they just crumble.

  4. Decided to give these a try today and happy I did, they’re so good! I’ll definitely be making them again and am going to try adding to some yogurt as suggested above 🙂
