Ingredients

shredded unsweetened coconut

raw honey

melted coconut oil

pure vanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Add all the ingredients to a large mixing bowl and mix well to combine.
Pour the mixture onto the parchment-lined baking sheet, packing the granola down flat on the pan.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the granola starts to brown.
Allow to cool for at least 40 minutes and then break into chunks.
Store in an airtight container and enjoy with a cup of unsweetened almond milk or with a side of fruit for a tasty snack!
