Ingredients
- 2 tbsp ghee
- 3 apples cubed (skin removed)
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp raw honey
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 3 cups coconut milk yogurt
- granola optional topping
- raw cacao nibs optional topping

Instructions
- Start by adding the ghee to a large skillet over medium heat. Add the cubed apples.
- Add the water, honey, vanilla, and cinnamon and cook, stirring occasionally for 7-10 minutes or until the apples are tender (these cook quickly, so be careful not to burn and add a tablespoon more water if needed!).
- Add apples on top of a bowl of coconut milk yogurt and top with granola and raw cacao nibs.
- Enjoy!
