Ingredients
- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 3/4 cup rolled oats , gluten-free if required
- ½ cup grated apple
- 2 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 tbsp hemp hearts
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- ½ tsp turmeric
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp ground ginger
- pinch of cardamom
- pinch of black pepper
- pinch of sea salt
- 1 banana , sliced

Instructions
- In a small saucepan, bring the almond milk to a boil. Reduce the heat to low, and add the oats, grated apple, coconut, hemp hearts, chia seeds, turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, black pepper and salt. Cook for about 6 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until most of the liquid is absorbed.
- Transfer to two bowls, and top with sliced banana. Enjoy!
