Instructions
  1. In a small saucepan, bring the almond milk to a boil. Reduce the heat to low, and add the oats, grated apple, coconut, hemp hearts, chia seeds, turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, black pepper and salt. Cook for about 6 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until most of the liquid is absorbed.
  2. Transfer to two bowls, and top with sliced banana. Enjoy!
