Ingredients
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 lb extra lean ground turkey
- 2 medium tomatoes , chopped
- 2 cloves garlic , chopped
- 2 tsp cumin
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- ¼ cup water
To serve
- 8-10 small corn or almond flour tortillas
- 1 avocado , diced
- salsa
- fresh cotija cheese , optional
- 1 lime , quartered
- fresh cilantro

Instructions
- In a large nonstick skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the turkey, and cook for 5 to 6 minutes until no longer pink.
- Add the tomatoes and garlic, cooking for 4 to 5 minutes until the tomatoes have broken down and the garlic is fragrant.
- Add the cumin, chili powder, paprika, onion powder, and oregano, mixing to combine. Add the water and let cook until the moisture has evaporated.
- Serve the turkey in the tortillas, with avocado, salsa, cotija, cilantro and lime wedges.
