  1. In a large nonstick skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the turkey, and cook for 5 to 6 minutes until no longer pink.
  2. Add the tomatoes and garlic, cooking for 4 to 5 minutes until the tomatoes have broken down and the garlic is fragrant.
  3. Add the cumin, chili powder, paprika, onion powder, and oregano, mixing to combine. Add the water and let cook until the moisture has evaporated.
  4. Serve the turkey in the tortillas, with avocado, salsa, cotija, cilantro and lime wedges.
