- 2 slices deli turkey (preferably nitrate-free)
- 2 tbsp hummus
- 4-6 thin slices cucumber
- paprika
- micro greens or other greens of choice (optional)
- 2 lettuce cups (romaine, iceberg, or butter lettuce works well)

- Fill each lettuce cup with turkey, hummus, cucumber slices, greens, and a sprinkle of paprika. Roll like a burrito and enjoy with a side of fresh fruit!
