(preferably nitrate-free)

hummus

thin slices
cucumber
paprika
micro greens or other greens of choice
(optional)

(romaine, iceberg, or butter lettuce works well)
Instructions
Fill each lettuce cup with turkey, hummus, cucumber slices, greens, and a sprinkle of paprika. Roll like a burrito and enjoy with a side of fresh fruit!
