- 2 (5 oz) cans albacore tuna packed in water
- 1 (15 oz) can cannellini beans
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1/3 cup store-bought bruschetta mixture
- parsley for topping

Instructions
- Drain tuna. Drain and rinse cannellini beans. Combine beans, tuna, and bruschetta in a bowl. Mix well. Top with fresh parsley and fresh-squeezed lemon juice. Feel free to add greens if you have them on hand.
