albacore tuna packed in water

(15 oz) can
cannellini beans
juice of 1
lemon

store-bought bruschetta mixture
parsley
for topping
Instructions
Drain tuna. Drain and rinse cannellini beans. Combine beans, tuna, and bruschetta in a bowl. Mix well. Top with fresh parsley and fresh-squeezed lemon juice. Feel free to add greens if you have them on hand.
