Ingredients
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 15.5 oz can cannellini beans , rinsed
- 2 1/2 cups spinach
- 1/4 cup fresh dill sprigs
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 cup mixed crudités , per serving
- 1 oz sliced turkey meat , per serving

Instructions
- In a small saucepan, heat the oil with the garlic over medium heat until fragrant, 2-3 minutes; let cool.
- In a food processor, combine the garlic oil, beans, spinach, dill and lemon juice. Season with 3/4 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp pepper and puree til smooth. Serve with crudités and sliced turkey.
