- 6 cups romaine lettuce , sliced
- 1 cup rotisserie chicken , shredded (or other leftover chicken)
- 1 red bell pepper , sliced
- 1/2 cup black beans , canned, rinsed
- 1/3 cup greek yogurt
- 3 tbsp lime juice
- 1/4 tsp chili powder
- sea salt

Instructions
- Divide the lettuce, chicken, bell pepper and beans between two lunch containers.
- In a small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, lime juice, chili powder, and 1/4 tsp salt; divide between two small containers.
- Serve the salad with the dressing.
