  • 1/2 cup edamame beans , in the shell, cooked according to packaging directions (or ¼ cup shelled)

  • 2 tbsp hummus
  • vegetables carrot sticks, celery sticks, cucumber slices, and/or bell peppers
  • fruit grapes, berries, peeled mandarin, or 1 sliced apple
