Ingredients
- 1 small onion - diced
- 1 green bell pepper - diced
- 1 (28 oz) can diced tomatoes
- 1 (15 oz) can pumpkin puree (NOT pumpkin pie filling)
- 1 (15 oz) can pinto beans - drained and rinsed
- 1 (15 oz) can black beans - drained and rinsed
- 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 0.5 tsp sea salt
- 0.5 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Instructions
- Add all ingredients to the slow cooker and stir well. Set slow cooker to low and cook for 5-6 hours.

Optional toppings: avocado slices, cheddar cheese, green onions, and plain greek yogurt
I made this tonight and the only change I made was adding ground turkey and it was so tasty! A great, cozy autumn chili ?
