Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats or gluten-free rolled oats
- 1/3 - 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or milk of choice)
- 1/2 banana sliced
- 1 tsp pure maple syrup
- 1 tbsp nut butter
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp chia seeds (optional)

Instructions
- Pout oats in a bowl or mason jar. Add banana, milk, vanilla, and chia seeds. Refrigerate overnight. Before serving, mix in maple syrup and nut butter. This makes a great breakfast on-the-go!
